Enjoy people watching, Sail boats and fireworks from your private 2nd floor balcony. Take a stroll to the Catamaran Hotel for music and a nice dinner or sign up for a massage at their new Spa it's wonderful. If you’re in the mood for the ocean waves just cross the street and enjoy the surf. There are many quaint restaurants and pubs, with cute little shops and markets for your shopping pleasures all within walking distance.
Feeling sporty...Bike and skate rentals less than 1blk. You can also rent sailboats, catamarans, kayaks, wind surfers, jet skis, on Santa Clara Point a short walk around the cove. Or maybe you feel like picnicking or sitting in the sun and playing your favorite lawn games on the large grassy area right in front of the unit.
This secured unit is located above your enclosed garage and extra parking space. Our property is a private home that we make available as a vacation rental to responsible guests. This is quiet complex and would not be suitable for large/loud parties.

Loved this Condo! The view of the bay is spectacular, the condo is updated and clean, and the short walk to the ocean is fast and convenient. My husband and I with our two teens had a blast going to the beach and sightseeing around San Diego. This location is very close to everything and we loved the beach-life atmosphere. Would recommend this to everyone and would definitely stay here again!
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children.

this condo have a very home like feel to it. it is very comfortable. we felt like it was our home. it has the most beautiful view from downstairs and the master bedroom! it was the perfect spot on the bay. we were within walking distance to the beach and were like in another world when we were on the bay! loved it!
