Our beautiful South facing villa is situated in the Long Meadow area of Rotonda West. The villa is furnished to the highest standard with all the necessary amenities available for you to have the holiday of a lifetime with luxury and comfort at your fingertips, you would be sure to want to return again - Go on spoil yourselves!
The villa features master bedroom with full ensuite with a huge jacuzzi spa bath,twin vanity units, walk in shower, kingsize bed, large walk-in closet, cable TV, clock radio and large patio doors overlooking the pool and woodland. Two further bedrooms compraise of a queensize bed with cable TV and a twin bedded room, both with plenty of closet space. A large fully equiped kitchen, fully equiped utility room, formal sitting room, formal dining room, separate family room with a large TV/VCR/cable providing hundreds of channels, queensize sofa bed, fully reclining chair and breakfast area. Family bathroom with access to the pool area and a remote controlled double garage.
For those of you who enjoy sunbathing an extended lanai the full length of the villa provides ample room to catch those rays or swim in the pool, or just chill in the spa. With plenty of sunloungers and a casual poolside dining area, complete with a large gas bar-b-que, you can't fail to enjoy al fresco style dining, or just pure relaxation. The villa backs onto woodland, so is not overlooked, and for those nature lovers amongst you, an abundance of wildlife and variety of birds can be seen.
Our villa is situated only 15 minutes drive from the beautiful gulf coast beaches - Manasota Key, Boca Grande, Englewood beach to name but a few. Included in the villa are beach towels, beach chairs large umberella and pool toys, books, video's, cd's games. For those golf lovers we have included 2 adult sets of golf clubs for use, the nearest golf course being Long Marsh not more than 3 minutes drive away - or try one of the other many beautiful golf courses in the surrounding area.

My husband and I and 2 teenage daughters live in the UK but have visited the USA every year for the past 13 years, Florida being our main holiday location. We made the decision 4 yeas ago to buy a holiday home, and knowing how beautiful the Gulf Coast is decided we would have to be near the coast and plenty of golf courses for my husband. Rotonda seemed such a central location, close to some of the most beautiful beaches, close enough to travel either North or South in a day and enjoy fantastic sites, islands, Golf courses, shopping and restaurants. For us Rotonda is pure tranquility, relaxation and having busy lives here in the UK thats exactly what we required.
