Cancellation Policy: Cancellations of less than 120 days notice will
result in loss of deposit. Cancellations less than 30 days or less will result in
loss of full amount.

This oceanfront condo has an absolutely beautiful view from its 9th floor wrap around balcony. You are able to view sunrises over the ocean and sunsets over the intracoastal waterway. It is only 60-75 minutes from Disney World/Epcot/Universal with the luxury of being only steps away from the beach. The unit itself is luxurious with all new furniture and professionally decorated. Come unwind at this lovely beach front condo.
