Television/dvd's in living room as well as both bedrooms, queen sized beds throughout, new stainless steel appliances, fresh paint, granite countertops/breakfast island, full size dining room set, etc. all designed with the clear intention of delivering a style best characterized as "casual elegance." Condominium extremely well maintained, with on-site property management, oversized heated pool, security system and direct beach access steps away. Unit comes with 1 car garage and has many restaurants and retail stores just steps away including Starbucks and Coldstone.
Minimum rental period of 90 days required. Additionally, maximum number of individuals to occupy rental for the period can not exceed 4, although additional visitors may stay for a short period (eg; 1 week) as guests of renters with prior approval.

Beautifully and tastefully decorated yet comfortable. Great location, close to many restaurants. Building is very well maintained and safe. We had a wonderful time staying here.

While vacationing in Indialantic, I couldn't imagine a better place to stay. The beach is gorgeous and very easy to get from the pool area. There were excellent restaurants given and also very close to the Disney World Resort and to the Melbourne Airport. The condo was beautiful, accessible, and just a joy to stay in.

This oceanfront condo has an absolutely beautiful view from its 9th floor wrap around balcony. You are able to view sunrises over the ocean and sunsets over the intracoastal waterway. It is only 60-75 minutes from Disney World/Epcot/Universal with the luxury of being only steps away from the beach. The unit itself is luxurious with all new furniture and professionally decorated. Come unwind at this lovely beach front condo.
