BEHLA is a private and unique oceanfront house located on Tulum Beach, one of the most pristine and beautiful beaches in the world.

The house sits right on the powder-white sand, between the warm turquoise Caribbean Sea and the jungle. Behla is spacious and bright with high ceilings, a wall of French doors opening to the ocean on both floors, and plenty of terraces and windows that offer magnificent ocean and jungle views.

Behla is the perfect house to enjoy the best of beach living. Wake up in your comfortable bed with just the ocean in front of you. Enjoy breakfast on the terrace of your choice, then swim in the warm Caribbean Sea, lounge under a palm tree, kite surf, nap, practice yoga in the sea's breeze, or put your feet up (literally) on your private oceanfront terrace with one of the best massage therapists in Tulum…. You may finish the day with a margarita on the roof watching the sun set over the jungle, and walk in the shallow surf to a nearby restaurant or, better yet, savor a gourmet meal prepared and served to you at home or on the beach.

There are 3 rooms (which sleep 8), 3.5 bathrooms and an open kitchen overlooking a large living and dining area. The decor is modern with Asian and Mexican inspired details, and hand-made furniture and artwork.

GROUND FLOOR: Large living / dining room with elevated kitchen and French doors facing oceanfront deck and the ocean. Bathroom.

SECOND FLOOR: Three bedrooms each with private bathroom :
1. Master bedroom with a luxurious bathroom (soak tub with ocean views, shower, double sink), walk-in closet, Moroccan-style outdoor lounge and large private terrace with ocean and jungle views, king-sized bed.
2. Oceanfront bedroom with private terrace, ocean and jungle views, private bathroom (with shower), queen-sized bed.
3. Oceanview bedroom (ocean and jungle views) with private bathroom (shower), sleeps 4 (two queen-sized beds - one in a sleep loft)
