  The house and property are amazing. We kayaked in the bay, walked down the quiet gravel roads, and read while swinging in the hammock. Right on the bay with lovely, panoramic water views from the living room, kitchen, and patio. It is a one level home with 4 bedrooms, two located on each side of the house. There are 2 full bathrooms offering privacy per each set of bedrooms. The kitchen is well appointed with a large washer/dryer set off of the mudroom. The town of Barnstable is centrally located to take day trips to many different places, yet minutes from a quaint downtown area that includes a wonderful coffee house (with really reasonable prices). Thank you for sharing this wonderful home, allowing us to such enjoy a wonderful vacation!

  It you are looking for the perfect Cape Cod experience, look no further! This is the best house on the Cape. We visited for 2 weeks with my brother's family, and there was never a dull moment. The home is beautifully appointed and all aspects have been thought out by the owners. The decorating is lovely and so charming. We loved the outdoor shower (especially me and my 5 year old son), the hammock in the trees, fishing, digging for clams, all the beautiful flowers (I made some amazing arrangements for the kitchen table), and the silence. But I have to rave about the sunsets. This is truly the best location on the Cape for sunsets. Every night I would race out to capture "the perfect moment". I took many pictures that I will be framing and be looking at with such lovely memories. There were tons of towels, linens, and supplies. I loved the master bathroom and the view to the yard, such perfection and calmness. The old iron gate on the side of the house had plants growing through it and looked like a setting out of a magazine. And I can't forget the firefly shows at night, so fun! This was our little escape from the world and we did not want to leave. The sound of the water and trees put us to sleep many afternoons. The Cape has so much to offer and this is a great location. We loved Coonamessett Farm, the homemade ice cream shops, and the BEST lobster rolls from Sesuit Harbor Cafe - you have to check out and it only takes cash. The owners were so helpful and full of great advice. I am also an owner of a rental property and know what this business is like. Most rentals do not live up to the descriptions and pictures. This house exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend it. I could not have been any happier with the rental and hope to return to this piece of paradise. If you have a chance to stay here, DON'T PASS IT UP! Bring your camera and a bottle of wine and get ready to escape.

  We have stayed here three years in a row and plan on making it a yearly family tradition. The home is secluded, quiet, beautiful, impeccably decorated, and so comfortable. No thrown together from yard sales furnishings like so many rentals on the Cape. This is a beautifully thought out place that the owners truly love and care for. It could be in a magazine. It is such a special place that I have a photograph of the view out the master bedroom window blown up and on the wall in my master bedroom at home to trick myself into thinking I am still at the house, gazing out at the rolling lawn and the water beyond. I think about going back all year long. It's a perfect place for a quiet vacation and a wonderful place if you have children. We just got back this week from our annual two week stay there and re-entry to the real world is tough. I can't wait until next June.

  This is, by far, the best property on the Cape. If you like beautiful sunsets, gorgeous water views, and the sounds of a light breeze, than this is the perfect house for your vacation. The house was clean and is very well-maintained and boast a high end kitchen and roomy living quarters. The outdoor covered patio is the perfect place for an evening dinner or a family game night. The view from the dinning area is stunning. The sunsets can't be described, they must be seen. If you are a fisherman, then you will love walking out the front door to some of the best fishing around. I can't think of one negative thing about this property and I highly reccomend it to anyone seeking the vacation of their dreams.

  "We just love this place! Our husbands fish every day...caught stripers so far. They are out kayaking right now. Thank you for that. We love lounging around all morning enjoying the view and Cape Cod atmosphere. Antique shops were fabulous, as was Martha's Vineyard. We will be off whale watching today. Thank you for making this wonderful place available to us."

  "A beautiful spot and very nice house. Lots of room for family and friends. We enjoyed watching the tide during the day and the stars at night. Swimming was o.k. at high tide, but at low tide we too cut our feet on sharp shellfish at bottom of channel. We had morning coffee on front patio, on back patio there will be dew on the cushions unless taken inside at night. One morning a coyote passed within 25 ft. of us. We enjoyed reading in the hammock and walking around the property. The house is well appointed. Everything needed is here but it took awhile to find the games under the bed in the small bedroom. Invited some friends for a BBQ. The gas grill was nice, tools are under the cover. It has been a great week."

  "Thank you again for allowing us to share your beautiful home in Barnstable. The week was fantastic! We shared in family friendships, went swimming, clamming, and kayaking. One evening with a spectacular sunset, we had a memorable family lobster feast out in the pavillon. I went kayaking everyday early in the morning for several hours, I even made it to Sandy Neck lighthouse. We are all very blessed!"
