Secluded mountain cabin (Red Loft) at the base of Mt Pisgah just outside of Asheville. Two bedrooms (one full bed & 2nd bedroom has twin beds, one bath and a fabulous screened porch for enjoying your morning coffee and the beautiful view. A flagstone patio off the kitchen provides a wonderful outdoor living area for eating or just relaxing and sipping a glass a wine.

The Blue Ridge Parkway is just up the road by three miles. Hiking is just walking distance down the private road to the Pisgah National Forest. Take a drive down Highway 276 from the Parkway to enjoy the Falls, Sliding Rock or just lazy day tubing down the Davisson Creek River.

  • What a beautiful place!! The cabin is rustic yet charming and the view is amazing. The location is perfect...you are close enough to downtown Asheville, which is awesome and the drive on the Blue Ridge Parkway is absolutely gorgeous. When you return to the cabin after your outings there is such a feeling of peace sitting on the porch watching the mountains in front of you. You will not regret your stay here. We will definately be back.

  • This cabin is completelty charming and in a beautiful yet peaceful location. Photos can not do it enough justice. The tranquility and the beauty have to be experienced. The home has great accessibility to Asheville and Waynesville as well. We had lots of fun!
