Enjoy the light-filled main living area on the second floor, with gulf views from multiple windows, plus covered balcony access. Two sofa sleepers in the living room provide additional sleeping options and a comfortable spot for viewing the 32” TV, equipped with DVD player. The dining area has a large table for 8, with 3 additional seats along the adjacent breakfast bar. Meal prep is easy in the comfortably functional kitchen, with its yards of open counter space. Or grill outdoors on the rear deck equipped with propane grill (and outdoor shower). Two queen bedrooms decorated in coastal blues and greens are conveniently located off the kitchen, along with a full bath. The master suite has the third floor all to itself, and includes not only a king bedroom and spacious bath with 6-foot jetted tub, dual vanities and large walk-in closet, but also a private balcony with stunning gulf views to awaken to each morning.

The Emerald Coast offers abundant shopping and dining options, plus a variety of events for visitors to enjoy. Only 8 miles to the east is Panama City’s new million square foot outdoor mall, Pier Park, with restaurants including Jimmy Buffet’s Margaritaville, and 20 other options ranging from national chains to local specialties. There’s also shopping galore and a Grand Movie Theater. Panama City also offers several options for golf, including Hombre and Bay Pointe golf courses. Only 10 miles west along Scenic Highway 30A are the towns of Seaside and neighboring Watercolor, offer restaurants, boutiques, art galleries and community events throughout the season. Golfers will enjoy the Santa Rosa Beach Golf Club, with a beachside restaurant offering panoramic gulf views and popular Sunday brunch.
