St. Joseph is a charming tourist destination full of shops, restaurants, and lovely beaches. Summer offers visits to antique fairs, local wineries, festivals, and farmers markets. South Haven, Saugatuck, and New Buffalo are all within a 15-45 mile area for fun day trips!
This newly renovated lakefront home is a three bedroom, two and a half bath with central air that sleeps six adults comfortably. The great room has vaulted ceilings and opens to the kitchen and dining room, all with spectacular views of the lake. Sliding doors open onto the 1500-square-foot deck furnished with chaise lounge chairs, couch, and bench surround seating. Lower flagstone patio is perfect for grilling and has dining table and chairs. Expansive backyard with bonfire pit, Adirondack chairs, tree swing, garden, and stairs down to private beach. There is also an outdoor shower, making this the destination for beachfront fun.
Three bedrooms upstairs provide beautiful sleeping arrangements for 6 adults, including a master suite with a private bath and a private deck overlooking the lake. A guest room with two full size beds can be the perfect "kids room" while another offers a queen size bed, huge closets, and plenty of additional space for a portable crib.
A family room complete with DVD/VCR, wireless internet access, and game table on the lower level offers kids the perfect place to hangout, while still providing beautiful lake views and sliding doors out to the patio and backyard.
A private culdesac and our large circular driveway can accommodate your cars while giving children the chance to ride bikes and skate safely.
