From the airport take the coastal road south, and after three minutes by car you will come to this perfect escape to paradise.
Enjoy the tropical greenery with rustling palm trees. Sunbathe in a lounge chair watching the pelicans dive for fish.
Enjoy the easy accessible ocean with its sandy bottom. Swim in crystal-clear water, try snorkelling and discover the fantastic underwater splendour.
The Villa consists of three buildings around an enclosed tropical patio-garden. The property has an electronic gate. From the garden there is direct access to the two bedrooms, connected by one spacious bathroom. Each bedroom features two twin-beds, air conditioning and a ceiling fan.
At the other side of the patio-garden are the living quarters, with banks of wide opening louvered mahogany doors on three sides for a truly tropical feeling: the fragrant flowers and foliage behind it complement the water views to the front. The dining area comfortably accommodates eight, while the living area provides entertainment for everyone with twenty plus channels of cable, tuner and wifi for your laptop. The Boffi design gourmet kitchen is fully equipped, with all stainless steel appliances, including a Viking Professional fridge, to provide for Caribbean delightful “in house” or “alfresco” dining. The washer is housed in a separate building. The housekeeper can do your personal laundry for you, just ask!
The expansive Oceanside terrace with electric awning is equipped with comfortable lounge chairs for sunning or stargazing at the water’s edge. From the terrace, the ocean is easily accessible by private tiled steps, cut out in the rocks. Close to these steps are a hidden open air shower, a water tap with tubs, and a lockable wet-room to store your dripping scuba-dive equipment.
