Our home, with its private beach, is a large, three bedroom, three bath home on Cape Cod in South Yarmouth. On the oceanside of the Cape equidistant from Hyannis and Harwich, it is located on a private lane off of picturesque Pleasant Street. It is just a few houses away from the landmark Judah Baker Windmill. On the waterfront side of the house, there is a separate dining room that seats eight, a large living room, and two patios (one is screened-in and the other is outside - perfect for al fresco dining).
The house is furnished with antiques with all appliances and amenities. It is located on Bass River (salt water) and has its own private beach steps from the house. It boasts spectacular views overlooking the mouth of the river and Nantucket Sound. Fresh ocean breezes, privacy, quaint neighborhoods and all the amenities of Cape Cod can be enjoyed daily. Two kayaks are in the garage(one is a tandem and the other a single) as well as an outdoor shower, patio, golf tee and hammock to help you enjoy the area.
This is a wonderful opportunity for the discerning vacationer looking for an impeccably maintained home that is ideal for family vacation and entertaining. It is not a rental cottage but, rather, a year round home that we are not able to take advantage of at this time. This is a unique property for someone that wants one of the best locations on Cape Cod with a house that has been built and decorated with comfort and classic features.

We stayed here in 2007 and plan to (hopefully) come back next year in 2012. The house is so inviting and lovely. The house and location met every expectation and beyond. I think about our vacation to the Cape often and can't wait to return. The house is spacious and full of lovely antiques. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, people with disabilities, sightseeing, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.
