My family and I stayed in this lovely house. It was conveniently located to Las Vegas Blvd. In a very quiet and clean neighborhood. There is a lovely backyard with a grill. The bedrooms were very comfortable and the living area perfect for the all of us. The kitchen was one of the best equipped ones I have ever encountered with rentals. We enjoyed the wonderful indoor hot tub and had a great time at this house. We highly recommend this for people who like privacy and want a non-hotel experience.

Only superficially clean. All cupboards were dirty so didn't trust dishes, washed all again & pots, pans (could use new ones). Coffee maker broken, mis-matched. Old coffee makers in cupboards which also were filled w/junk. Smoothie/blender broken, in-op. & dirty. Broken game table chair, door broken in m-bedrm. One closet filled w/ highchair, futon-mattress. One bedroom has bunkbeds, disguised as double & twin. Top of fridge very dirty, under sink was disgusted. No broom/mop, vacuum cleaner was the only think that didn't suck. Linen, towels comforters very old & didn't trust, didn't use pillows either. Only one trash can, no trash bags provided to start. Garage opener outside in-op. Couldn't use game room or hot-tub, game room not heated. Walk distance to Bus 5 min. Bus ride 5 min. walk from bus stop to casino 5 mins., wait for bus 30 min. This could have been a nice place to stay (12 days), just needs a little TLC from owners, inspect house & replace all cooking utensils, pots/pans, linens/towels, pillows, comforters & all new small appliances & vacuum cleaner, broom/mop, all could be inexpensive investment from wal-mart. Inbetween renters, clean & trash all leftover food, fast food condiments, check all cupboards for left-over trash/junk ,junk & more junk. Sorry, just very disappointed, could've been A-1.

Owner response: While we welcome all reviews that provide us valuable feedback from our guests, we were disappointed that our guest did not contact us to correct any of the stated issues they said they experienced in their 12 day stay. We are a family-owned and operated business with 5 vacation homes in Las Vegas and one in Mesquite and five years of vacation rental experience. We have a team of cleaners, a handyman and (myself) the owner, on-call to assist with any issues that may arise within our guest's stay. We strive to maintain our 5 star and 100% positive review status and we welcome many return visitors. We contacted our guest immediately after receiving this feedback to discuss their concerns and we were told that they would remove the online review for a full-refund of their stay. We have to conclude that if our guest was truly uncomfortable and disappointed, we would have been made aware immediately, not upon returning home. We have investigated and found the lengthy list of disappointments to be inaccurate. We are confident that if the allegations were accurate, there would be assorted negative feedback from our guests as our homes have been occupied year-round for the past five years.

I recently stayed at this beautiful home with four of my girlfriends for a ladies weekend in Las Vegas. We loved the home and were impressed by its proximity to all of our favorite activities. It was so nice to have all of the wonderful space and the hot tub! It was refreshing to stay off of the strip and have a home away from home for the long weekend. I would highly recommend this home to anyone who is planning a Vegas vacation.

Great house, Perfect location

I stayed with three friends at this beautiful house and we were very impressed with the whole experience -- much more comfortable than a hotel. The owners were available for a question about the spa and very helpful. We loved the indoor spa -- completely worth it to add this option. The beds were very comfortable, the house was very clean and it has great amenities -- nice TV and it is beautifully decorated. We spent the day at the spa at the M Hotel which was just a few minutes away. We went to the Bellagio for dinner night and it was also just minutes away. We all said we would stay here again next time we come to Las Vegas.

Everything was as advertised. House was clean and neighborhood quiet and convenient to the Strip and local shopping. The owners were available by telephone and cooperative. Be sure to ask about the hot tub fee. The listing implies it's provided with the rental, but the rental contract has a separate, daily use, fee.

Better than staying in a Hotel

We were extremely impressed with how the owner interacted with us. When we had a problem with the keycode, he immediately called us back to help us get in. This was our first time staying in a vacation rental instead of a hotel. We all agreed we would travel this way again. The description of the rental was pretty accurate, but if it is your first time in Vegas, you need to know you would need a car or spend a lot on taxi fare. The house is on the very south end of the strip with no popular casinos within walking distance. Towels upstairs were worn and bottom mattress on bunkbed is worn out. We would have appreicated instructions on how to use fireplace, electronics, hot tub. And we would have appreciated recommendations for restuarants in area. These few suggestions would have made this stay extremely perfect. We would stay here again.

Fabulous Location Near the Strip

Because this was advertised as being so near the Strip I was worried that the location might be too noisy. It turned out to be a nice residential neighborhood with no noise issues and conveniently close (walking distance) to the new South Point Hotel and Casino, freeway access, grocery shopping and restaurants without having to go deep into the hub-bub of Las Vegas. If you like the Silverton and BassPro Shop it is just a short drive there. We enjoyed the large bedrooms and the indoor spa (extra charge per day, ask). I would have liked more kitchen tools because I like to cook, but I suppose it is pretty well equipped for the average person. A very cool surprise were the game tables for playing poker complete with cards and chips. The owner was very helpful and accessible when we had questions. I would recommend this property.

Great spot for friends to get together in Vegas

Great spot to stay with a group of friends or family. Property exactly as advertised and very tidy, in my opinion fantastic value. Only thing I would recommend is that you make sure you know how to get there as most taxi drivers don't. Should be about $20 cab fare from airport and strip.
