The 1st floor "guest quarters" has 2 bedrooms, living area, kitchen, bath and private entrance. Perfect for families vacationing together or grandparents. This apartment can be rented separately for a snowbird rental in the winter. Dune Drifter has plenty of parking and a large fenced in back yard for volleyball or badminton. The backyard is a great place for children to play. Golf and dining are open to the public at the Santa Rosa Golf and Beach Club. The Silver Sands Designer Outlet Mall is in nearby Sandestin is a short drive west. Destinations of interest in the surrounding areas are Pier Park in Panama City Beach and Grand Boulevard in Sandestin. Both have numerous restaurants and shopping.
