Our Kiawah home is family-friendly, very convenient to the beach. We are located in the primary residential section located between the entrance and the new 5-star hotel, so our part of the beach is never crowded, ie, our beach access is only residential, not condo's or hotel. There is a paved path from our house to the beach. We have a wagon to transport toys, chairs, etc.
Sit at our kitchen table and watch beautiful wildlife on the adjacent lagoon. Sit in the great room and watch golfers on the 11th green of Cougar Point Golf Course. Big TV with DVD/video player. We even have a library of "beach reads." We are very convenient to the playground, tennis courts, as well as the new Freshfields Village, our grocery store/shopping village. Master Bedroom has TV, separate shower and large tub, as well as access to screened porch. Main access to porch is from great room. You'll love "Bellhaven."
