The house is located in the beautiful, sought after community of Summer's Edge. Summer's Edge is south of 30-A and adjoins Eastern Lake in Seagrove Beach. The house is on the beach front drive, about 20 yards from the gorgeous white sand and emerald water.
The house is perfect for one family that likes to really spread out, or for two families that would like to vacation together. There are two bedrooms and a full bathroom on the first floor. The kitchen, dining area and family room are on the second floor. The master bedroom and bathroom, and a kids' bedroom with twin bunkbeds are located on the third floor. There are views of the Gulf from the second and third floor windows and balconies. This house comes complete with high-end finishes and décor.
The house is directly across the street from one of the neighborhood's pools. You can walk to the beach in your bare feet and enjoy gorgeous sunsets and "social hour" on the beach with your fellow neighbors. The beach is huge, and the water is calm and crystal clear. Kids love to play on the beach's soft, white sand. There are several restaurants less than a mile from the home. And, the shops of Seaside and Watercolor are less than 3 miles away. You will truly be able to relax and enjoy your vacation. You won't want your vacation to end.
