Bright, open, ocean-side,1 bedroom and 1 bathroom condominium, sleeps 2-4. Located on the fourth floor. Private, no units on either side. The elevator is conveniently located just a short distance from the front door, but cannot be heard from inside the condominium. The handy laundry room is just around the corner from the elevator.
This tastefully decorated condominium has a nice size, fully equipped eat-in kitchen for two with a ceiling fan. The dining area can comfortably seat 4-6 and includes a buffet.The living room has a double sleeper-sofa, 2 swivel, rocker recliner's, and a TV entertainment center with TV/VCR. The ocean can be viewed here from the windows as well as from the small balcony off the master bedroom. This spacious bedroom contains a king-size bed, a large mirrored, double dresser, a five drawer lingerie chest, 2 night stands, and a wicker TV stand with a TV/VCR, a ceiling fan and a large walk-in closet. The bathroom has it's own linen closet. There is also a walk-in storage closet located across from the kitchen.
The pool area contains 2 Olympic-size pools (1 solar heated) and 2 kiddie pools with a coral pink paved deck surrounding them. The multi-purpose clubhouse is here, with restroom's and the on-site management offices located inside. A dolphin-decorated wind screen divides the pool area from the 4 lighted shuffleboard courts and the large wooden ocean-side deck. The deck has lounge chairs, 2 showers, and 2 sets of stairs leading down to the beautiful, pristine, white sandy, no-drive beach. Come see and ENJOY!
