Bright, beautiful, 2 bedroom, 1 bath (and outdoor shower as well) beach cottage only steps to the sand and ocean. Located in the popular Pierpoint Beach area of Ventura on one of the most desirable Lanes. Hardwood floors, wood burning fireplace, beamed ceilings, very nicely furnished.
Kitchen is brand new with all new appliances, granite countertops, custom cabinets and stocked with everything you would need. New bathroom has marble and custom tile work. Outdoor shower as well. California King bed in master bedroom and 2 twin beds in second bedroom. Two (2) flat screen TV's and a very comfortable living area. Very desirable for a couple or couple with 1 or 2 children desiring an upscale beach cottage as opposed to staying at a nice hotel.
Walk to the beach without crossing a street, walk to restaurants, Marina Park and market nearby. Old town Ventura is just a 5 minute drive or taxi ride away and is full of wonderful shops, restaurants, tapas/wine bars, movie theatres and much more. Santa Barbara is only 20-30 minutes north of Ventura. Ojai is about 20 minutes away. Lots to do right in Ventura and convenient to so many other destinations as well or just stay at the cottage and not get in your car again during your whole stay...Email us for availability. This is a slice of Heaven just like it's name. Truly lovely clean and well taken care of! You will love your stay at Heaven and never want to leave. All who visit enjoy and make sure you take a walk into town and have a yummy fish taco just ask a local and they will lead the way!
