Our stay at this condo in Punta Mita was as close to perfection as we could imagine...a lot of the success of our vacation had to do with the wonderful owners, who own several properties in the area and who provided detailed information and special contacts to us that made our trip truly special. We felt like "insiders" in the Punta Mita/Puerto Vallarta area due to all the information they provided to us. Even before we arrived, the owners' concierge contacted us to make our arrival as relaxed as possible. Not only did he arrange for us to be picked up at the airport, but he also had a rental car delivered to us at the condo for our use once we arrived, and had the place fully stocked with our pre-selected list of groceries, so we had everything we needed immediately upon our arrival. This really made our vacation start the moment we arrived. We also took advantage of the property's optional full time cook and cleaning service, and the food was excellent. We requested healthy Mexican seafood specialties, and we had the chef prepare two meals each day. We even requested dinner be served at the beach club in front of the condo a couple of times, and the chef was happy to bring the meals there as we watched the sunset...This is the level of service we expect from a development associated with the Four Seasons, and we certainly felt we got five star treatment. The condo itself is gorgeous. The owners are contemporary art dealers, and they have a great eye for design and art. The place is filled with Mexican contemporary art, and the furniture was designed by the owners and made by a local carpenter, so it is very unique and of the highest quality. It felt like we were staying in a contemporary Mexican museum with Four Seasons staff taking care of us. It was great to have such a large condo; 3500 square feet I think. The kitchen was fantastic, too, with a Wolf Range and subzero fridge--we felt like everything was of the highest quality and provided for our every need. Another great thing is that we had access to Four Seasons golf and tennis whenever we wanted, as well as all the extra services the owners' concierge set up such as massages in the condo or at the beach front massage room, or dinner at any of the Four Seasons restaurants. Our favorite thing in the Punta Mita development was having a sunset dinner at the Residents Beach Club, where only owners of homes in Punta Mita and their guests can dine. This restaurant is right next to the Four Seasons, and the food is even better...There are also a jungle gym, hammocks, two pools, and sea kayaks there, so you can enjoy yourself with your family for the day before enjoying an excellent meal in the most beautiful of locations. We heard everyone from Bill Gates to Ben Affleck had been there in the weeks before we arrived, but Punta Mita is so private and relaxed that I can see why those folks would stay there...no one bothers you and the whole atmosphere is relaxing, no matter where you turn. I can't recommend this property highly enough; I've already made my reservation for next year!

Hello Tanya, We just got back last night from our wonderful vacation down to Punta Mita and I could not wait to write and tell you what a fantastic time we had at your amazing villa! I can not tell you in words what a fabulous vacation we had. Your villa is amazing and all of the staff on sight could not have been nicer. Cole had a great time and it was wonderful having the crib and toys already down there to make him feel at home. We had never been North of Puerta Vallarta before and we had so much fun exploring all the towns along the way and also past the area. We loved having such a wonderful place to come back to that was our "home" for the week. The Beach club was perfect for the late afternoon and we usually ended up staying for dinner and drinks. Hi Tonya, Thanks so much for your e-mail. I have to say that we had an awesome vacation. Your condo was absolutely beautiful, welcoming, and relaxing. We loved the pools, the grounds, the beach club. We took your advice and took advantage of some of the local outings that were great fun. We hit Sayulita, swam with the dolphins (the kids LOVED the water park, as did we), snorkeling and whale watching (we saw 2) and went on the canopy tours. My husband golfed, which he loved, and my sister and I used the courts at the Four Seasons. Perfect. Despite all the activities, our favorite part of the day was just hanging out at the Beach Clubs, sea kayaking, and enjoying great appetizers in the late afternoon while lounging around with the kids. The beaches were beautiful and everyone who worked at Punta Mita was so hospitable and accommodating. I would be stretched to think of anything that would have made it better – we really did love it and would like to come again. We loved eating out most of the time at the local restaurants, which were fun, festive and kid friendly. Thank you so much for the lovely stay. It was outstanding.

Your property was fantastic, and even better than you described it in the online description! We all loved the Resident's Beach Club, and the food and service there was amazing. We never wanted to leave. We did take a few day trips from the recommendations you sent us, and they were really fun. Thanks for all the care and thoughtfulness you put into not only the design of your home, but also all the personalized ideas you gave us to make our trip the best it could be. Hi Tonya - We had an amazing time, thank you. Your condo is gorgeous!!! Really well appointed and very, very comfortable. We really liked the location to Anclote and had several meals at El Dorado (everyone's favorite by far). We also really enjoyed the Residents club and had a couple of amazing dinners and breakfasts there. The sunsets were just a perfect setting at dinner. We really didn't do a lot other than sit on the beach. The boys played golf a couple of times (they raved about the course). We also took a Panga to the Mariettas and had fun whale watching along the way. We did spend a day at the Four Seasons and had dinner there a couple of times, however, we really liked the Residents Club and Staff, especially the two "Manuel's". We all had plenty of room to spread out in the condo. Everything was perfect. Diego did a great job of taking care of us and had groceries lined up for us on our arrival. I also had an amazing in-house massage on the first night which was just a great way to start the vacation. Loved your artwork and decor and could not believe how much attention to detail was paid. I really liked your sense of style and color choices, very fun and sophisticated at the same time. We'd stayed at the Las Ventanas Resort in Cabo last Christmas and both my husband and myself much preferred your beautiful home to our LV very pricey two bedroom suite. Thanks again. You and Michael are amazing hosts!!
