Our stay at this condo in Punta Mita was as close to perfection as we could imagine...a lot of the success of our vacation had to do with the wonderful owners, who own several properties in the area and who provided detailed information and special contacts to us that made our trip truly special. We felt like "insiders" in the Punta Mita/Puerto Vallarta area due to all the information they provided to us. Even before we arrived, the owners' concierge contacted us to make our arrival as relaxed as possible. Not only did he arrange for us to be picked up at the airport, but he also had a rental car delivered to us at the condo for our use once we arrived, and had the place fully stocked with our pre-selected list of groceries, so we had everything we needed immediately upon our arrival. This really made our vacation start the moment we arrived. We also took advantage of the property's optional full time cook and cleaning service, and the food was excellent. We requested healthy Mexican seafood specialties, and we had the chef prepare two meals each day. We even requested dinner be served at the beach club in front of the condo a couple of times, and the chef was happy to bring the meals there as we watched the sunset...This is the level of service we expect from a development associated with the Four Seasons, and we certainly felt we got five star treatment. The condo itself is gorgeous. The owners are contemporary art dealers, and they have a great eye for design and art. The place is filled with Mexican contemporary art, and the furniture was designed by the owners and made by a local carpenter, so it is very unique and of the highest quality. It felt like we were staying in a contemporary Mexican museum with Four Seasons staff taking care of us. It was great to have such a large condo; 3500 square feet I think. The kitchen was fantastic, too, with a Wolf Range and subzero fridge--we felt like everything was of the highest quality and provided for our every need. Another great thing is that we had access to Four Seasons golf and tennis whenever we wanted, as well as all the extra services the owners' concierge set up such as massages in the condo or at the beach front massage room, or dinner at any of the Four Seasons restaurants. Our favorite thing in the Punta Mita development was having a sunset dinner at the Residents Beach Club, where only owners of homes in Punta Mita and their guests can dine. This restaurant is right next to the Four Seasons, and the food is even better...There are also a jungle gym, hammocks, two pools, and sea kayaks there, so you can enjoy yourself with your family for the day before enjoying an excellent meal in the most beautiful of locations. We heard everyone from Bill Gates to Ben Affleck had been there in the weeks before we arrived, but Punta Mita is so private and relaxed that I can see why those folks would stay there...no one bothers you and the whole atmosphere is relaxing, no matter where you turn. This is an immaculate and beautifully appointed four bedroom condo that overlooks the East bay of Punta Mita. The photos don't do justice. Good quality beds, travertine throughout, top-quality kitchen (e.g. Wolf stove, etc.). Swimming pools are "infinity" style and are everywhere on the property. Golf is available on either of two championship courses; as is a very nice beach club exclusive for condo residents. Huge complex also includes a Four Seasons Hotel and a St. Regis Hotel. The small town of Emiliano Zapata is just out the gate and has good restaurants. We think Si Senor is an excellent seafood restaurant. The owner charges a reasonable price for what you get; and, there is a 16-page guide to all the facilities and to the area that is nicely done. We rented a golf cart and enjoyed the property so much that we never got to the town of Puerto Vallarta. We did go to Sayulita, which is very nice.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

Gorgeous condo with spectacular views of the bay! The rental process was easy and the owner was very honest and a pleasure to deal with. Close to surf breaks and walking distance to the beach!! I would recommend this condo to anyone staying in Punta Mita!!Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

Punta Mita in "rainy season"? Absolutely the best time to visit. No crowds,no hassle and honestly from July 21 to 28 the only rain happened at night. When you have a choice of beaches with full service; Breakfast, lunch and Dinner at Residents Beach club and lunch everywhere else you can't go wrong. As for Hacienda de Mita, Condo 503 everything was exactly as pictured. This place is huge,clean, and we were treated like royalty by Rosina from the moment we arrived. She was available to help us with everything. Any minor issues we had or questions were handled immediately. We spent most of our time ( at Rosina's suggestion) at Kupuri beach on the compound. It is nothing short of amazing. You must rent a car. First because the compound is so huge and second because you will want to visit Sayulta and other areas. The restaurants in village of Punta de Mita next door are excellent and justa very short walk away. Pedro Martinez restaurant in Sayulita was superb, and the food in the compound is also excellent. (Sufi restaurant is remarkable). If you golf, this place is phenomenal. You have to get out very early to beat the heat but it's worth it. If you like the ocean, very warm water, beautiful sand, neat waves ( for surfing if you are into that) and snorkeling off the Marietas Islands then you won't be disappointed. There are also tons of other activities if you have younger kids. You can be as active or as laid back as you want, it's that kind of place and a really big advantage....no annoying beach vendors at all. The only scary part is leaving the airport. You feel almost threatened by the incredible aggressiveness of the time share sales reps and taxi drivers. It's the only negative, but once you're done with that. All is good. When renting a car, just remember, the TRUE cost of a car rental for 7 days is closer to $400.00, not the $100.00 that is posted on web sites. I could easily see this place as a perfect setup for virtually anyone. As a family of 5 with two teenage girls no one was bored. It's hot, humid, and beautiful. With A/C, the polls, and the ocean it was a great choice for our summer getawayOwner response: Hi Victor, I'm so happy to hear that you and your family had such a wonderful time at our Punta Mita property! Hello Tanya, We just got back last night from our wonderful vacation down to Punta Mita and I could not wait to write and tell you what a fantastic time we had at your amazing villa! I can not tell you in words what a fabulous vacation we had. Your villa is amazing and all of the staff on sight could not have been nicer. Cole had a great time and it was wonderful having the crib and toys already down there to make him feel at home. We had never been North of Puerta Vallarta before and we had so much fun exploring all the towns along the way and also past the area. We loved having such a wonderful place to come back to that was our "home" for the week. The Beach club was perfect for the late afternoon and we usually ended up staying for dinner and drinks. Hi Tonya, Thanks so much for your e-mail. I have to say that we had an awesome vacation. Your condo was absolutely beautiful, welcoming, and relaxing. We loved the pools, the grounds, the beach club. We took your advice and took advantage of some of the local outings that were great fun. We hit Sayulita, swam with the dolphins (the kids LOVED the water park, as did we), snorkeling and whale watching (we saw 2) and went on the canopy tours. My husband golfed, which he loved, and my sister and I used the courts at the Four Seasons. Perfect. Despite all the activities, our favorite part of the day was just hanging out at the Beach Clubs, sea kayaking, and enjoying great appetizers in the late afternoon while lounging around with the kids. The beaches were beautiful and everyone who worked at Punta Mita was so hospitable and accommodating. I would be stretched to think of anything that would have made it better – we really did love it and would like to come again. We loved eating out most of the time at the local restaurants, which were fun, festive and kid friendly. Thank you so much for the lovely stay. It was outstanding.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

Your property was fantastic, and even better than you described it in the online description! We all loved the Resident's Beach Club, and the food and service there was amazing. We never wanted to leave. We did take a few day trips from the recommendations you sent us, and they were really fun. Thanks for all the care and thoughtfulness you put into not only the design of your home, but also all the personalized ideas you gave us to make our trip the best it could be. Hi Tonya - We had an amazing time, thank you. Your condo is gorgeous!!! Really well appointed and very, very comfortable. We really liked the location to Anclote and had several meals at El Dorado (everyone's favorite by far). We also really enjoyed the Residents club and had a couple of amazing dinners and breakfasts there. The sunsets were just a perfect setting at dinner. We really didn't do a lot other than sit on the beach. The boys played golf a couple of times (they raved about the course). We also took a Panga to the Mariettas and had fun whale watching along the way. We did spend a day at the Four Seasons and had dinner there a couple of times, however, we really liked the Residents Club and Staff, especially the two "Manuel's". We all had plenty of room to spread out in the condo. Everything was perfect. Diego did a great job of taking care of us and had groceries lined up for us on our arrival. I also had an amazing in-house massage on the first night which was just a great way to start the vacation. Loved your artwork and decor and could not believe how much attention to detail was paid. I really liked your sense of style and color choices, very fun and sophisticated at the same time. We'd stayed at the Las Ventanas Resort in Cabo last Christmas and both my husband and myself much preferred your beautiful home to our LV very pricey two bedroom suite. Thanks again.
