Come enjoy our beautiful peaceful vacation home in Pioneer Trail/Tahoe Paradise area close to everything and yet far from the crowd! Our South Lake Tahoe vacation home is located in a nice quiet neighborhood in Pioneer Trail with a peek of the Lake views...lots of trees, spacious landscaped yard and close to everything...golfing, biking, hiking, skiing,snow-parks, snowmobile's, tennis, parks, skate park, casinos, beaches, boating, shopping, groceries, convenient stores, churches, schools, summer Sunday flea market nearby, drive or bike to a lot of places nearby.
Our home has four bedrooms (2 upstairs and 2 down, with one of the bedrooms downstairs converted into a family room with queen sofa-bed), 2 large full-baths (1 upstairs, 1 downstairs), with a complete full service kitchen, dining room and living area with gas fireplace, a deck upstairs with partial Lake view,Hot Tub and Gas BBQ, a deck downstairs leads to large backyard. It has 2-car garage, and long driveway that can fit 2-3 more cars. It is in close proximity to ski areas: Heavenly Resort and Sierra Ski Resort & Kirkwood.
Our vacation home is complete with modern conveniences (washer, dryer, 3 TV's, Direct TV (one 47" HD flat screen), Nintendo Wii Game console, VCR, DVD, Stereo, phone FREE local and long distance calls, kitchen has almost everything, blankets, linen's and towels are provided.
Share the cost with another family and have a great family get-away that does not break the bank.
During winter/ski season, we provide snow removal once a day when it snows.
Sorry, but this is a No Smoking home and No Pets allowed.
