Year Purchased: 2006
We are a family of four with two young children who love visiting Bend throughout the year to enjoy Mt. Bachelor, nearby Sunriver, summer sports and just relaxing with friends and family. This has been a wonderfully relaxing home to come back to after a busy day of activities and equally as wonderful to just stay "home" for the day and play in the huge yard, shoot some pool, walk around the neighborhood, soak in the hot tub or BBQ.
Why the Owner Chose Bend
We chose this location due to its proximity to the Cascade lakes, biking trails, downtown Bend and the abundance of outdoor activities in Central Oregon.
The Unique Benefits of this House
You'll love relaxing in the hot tub while watching deer, birds and squirrels at play. The quiet and private location is serene and peaceful, yet close enough to the action when you're ready to hit the town. The kids love the large yard and gameroom!
