Small Lakeside Complex (52 units). Quiet and serene. Next door to Dollar Point. 2.5 miles North of Tahoe City. Like having your own private resort. Surrounded by pine trees. Alpine, Squaw Valley, Homewood, Northstar all within 15 - 20 minutes. 3-story townhouse. Nicely decorated. Impressive views. 3 bedroom unit.
2 bedrooms, each with 2 twin beds each (ez to make into King). Master - King Bed.
Sorry - No Pets, No Smoking.
Complex amenities include private beach with pier, outdoor pool and tennis courts.
Convenient to Tahoe City (2 miles). North end of lake. Casinos are 10 minutes. Reno is 45 minutes. Fly into Reno Airport (RNO) or San Francisco (SFO) or Sacramento (SAC). Squaw Valley, Alpine, Homewood, Northstar, Ski Incline/Diamond Peak Ski Resorts are within 10-20 minutes. Heavenly Valley and Kirkwood about one hour away. We have two identical units so if this one is booked, the other may be available - see VRBO #9048.

We just came back from 2 nights at Lyle and Mary's condo. Thank you. Everything was comfortable and clean. There was a good supply of cooking equipment and spices. There weren't a lot of people at the condos but the next door neighbors were there. They were very friendly. We walked to the beach for the condo and we would consider coming back to stay both for skiing and summer beach activities. We rented videos from Video Stop next to Safeway and they were very helpful lockout videos. Local Safeway was well stocked, well staffed and helpful.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers.

Access to Lake Tahoe, the swimming pool, tennis courts and a location within minutes of Tahoe City made this rental ideal for our family of four. The condo had everything we needed and more. The location was great as it was a short trip a number of beautiful hiking and biking trails. I would highly recommend this place to any family who wants to swim, play tennis, ride bikes and have an active day. And for younger children, this is a great place to wind down in the late afternoon and evening and relax on the deck or take a stroll. The condo itself was clean and spacious with comfy couches to curl up on at the end of an active day.

I found this online and can only say how lucky I got!!! The townhouse is everything you want while in beautiful Lake Tahoe. The private beach, tennis courts and pool are wonderful! The neighbors and community are the best. Great space inside and out! We will be back to enjoy this place...would not go anywhere else to stay!

We had a great experience while staying at your townhouse. The location was great and the facilities were a big plus with the pool, courts and beach. The weather was perfect. We had a great time staying at your townhome at The Northshore Complex. The kids loved the lake and pool! Everything in the unit was accessible, neat and clean upon our arrival. VRBO is a great place to find a vacation rental. The little house on the private beach, filled with chairs and umbrellas, was a great plus. You should feature that on your site. The staff working there were pretty helpful and always offered to put our stuff away for us.

I've been visiting the Tahoe area since childhood and honestly, this trip was one of the most fulfilling I've ever experienced. We were pleasantly surprised to how lovely our condo was. It's clean, roomy, quiet and has beautiful views. We were so overjoyed upon our arrival and our enthusiasm of this rental only increased during our stay. What a fantastic unit it was to come home to after a long day in the snow. I was also able to enjoy peaceful walks close to the lake in the early evenings.
