We are proud of our condo with its fabulous views, newly remodeled open kitchen, easily accessible first floor walk-out convenient to the pool, beach and gas grills. Recently added a new 42 inch flat screen plasma TV to the living room.

Where to start? Our first stay on the island, and the condo was great. Pictures are accurate, and dont do it justice. Short walk to the beach, and parking right outside the door. A weak smoke alarm battery was our only problem, and maintence insisted on changing it instead of just giving me the battery as I requested. This unit was close to the pool, and kids director was awesome. The ground floor with access off the lani makes was terrific. No more searching on VRBO we found our sanibel condo. The best part was I had hoped to rent in an area where the kids would find some playmates at the pool. They found lots of new friends.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, sightseeing, families with young children.
