Make sure you reserve a "Windsong" unit at SPLASH. They are the largest 2 bedroom units on the property with 1,505 s.f. (over 400 s.f. larger than some other 2 bedrooms) The "Windsong" unit is the only 2 bedroom units with TWO Master Bedrooms and BOTH on the ocean with their own balconies. Our family enjoyed our stay at Splash!!!!! The condo is well furnished and very clean. The children enjoyed all the water activities! It is a great place for families!!!!! We are planning to rent again on our next beach trip!

Our family just enjoyed a great week at Splash. From grandkids, kids, grandparents to great grandmother we all had something to do to keep us happy. Troy was very helpful from the beginning to the end of our trip. If you want to deal with someone who responds quickly to any question or request you have ~ you have picked the right rental! The kids loved the DVD players in the bunk room along with the great pools to play in. My 3 year old granddaughter thought we were suppose to eat lunch at the bar & grill everyday because we did it the first day. This unit is very nice & has plenty of room for big families. We even cooked on the grill by the pool one night. I would love to see Splash add some more elevators. The day we checked in there was only 1 elevator working in the west building which was a nightmare!! It took forever to get to the room. I would hope that Splash would build more elevators to accommodate future guests. That is the only thing that may make people not want to deal with renting from Splash in the future. We also loved having the free beach chairs & umbrella for the week. The best place to take kids on a vacation to the beach is waiting for you at SPLASH!!

I understand they fixed it and worked well rest of week. Unfortnately on check in day, guests try to put too many people on elevators at once along with luggage and cause them to exceed the weight limit and shut down for safety reasons, then the elevator company has to come out and reset the system. Thanks again for your comments.

My family (2 adults, 2 seniors & 1 child) visited Panama City May 21st-May 25th, 2011 & LOVED IT! The condo was very well appointed and the furnishings were up-scale & comfortable. Spacious rooms through out. My grandson LOVED the pools & game room. The lunch bar by the pool was a plus. The sandwiches were surprisingly great (especially the fish sandwich). Everyone at the resort was friendly & helpful when needed. The common areas were well kept and all that we anticipated. I was worried about the elevators being crowded & slow, but we did not experience that. Maybe because of the time we went. WE WILL GO BACK TO SPLASH & ENJOY THE HOSPITALITY.

We stayed in the unit for 7 days July of 2010. The condo was beautiful and very clean. Everything was included as if we were at home. Spacious and an awesome balcony view. The only issues we had were the elevators. There are 2 elevators for 14 floors which caused ridiculous wait times to get anywhere. Also there was quite a little hike to get to the parking garage to get to your vehicle. On the day we left we literally waited 2 1/2 hours for a elevator to leave. Finally we ended up getting a cart and pushing yes pushing 4 adults and 5 childrens luggage, souviners, and groceries down 7 flights of stairs ....yes indeed it was horrible. if we could move the condo to the 1st floor where you don't need an elevator we would rent it every year!

Yes, we had received notice from Splash that they had maintenance issues with the elevator in late July. Bad timing to have maitenance issues, especially on your check-out day. The parking deck is just a short walk across the bridge to the lobby area. You can see the bridge and lobby area on many splash websites to get an idea of how the bridge access to the building looks. Thanks for your helpful comments.

We felt right at home in this beautiful, spacious condo. The decorating is perfectly done and the kitchen is top-notch and equipped with everything you may need. The views from the huge corner balcony are amazing. We enjoyed the pools and hot tub as well as the fitness center overlooking the water. It was a big plus having our own lounge chairs and umbrella on the beach. Troy is so easy to work with and if you have a question, he immediately gets an answer for you. As far as we are concerned, this is the very best unit at Splash. We have stayed here twice and are already booked for the next trip!

We stayed at Splash for Spring Break 2010 and the kids had a blast. It was so easy working with Troy for our rental. The unit was absolutely beautiful with a very elegant yet cozy feel. The kids loved hanging out in the bunk area with their own DVD players. At night we put them back there, closed the curtain and could hang out on the balcony and enjoy the great views. All the pools were great and it was hard to even get the kids to go down to the beach. We will be back soon, thanks again Troy for all your help.
