Oceanside Apartment comfortably furnished and well equipped that is located in the center of Wrightsville Beach at 10 Oceanic Street. This third floor cottage has a spacious porch with rockers in which you can see the ocean waves breaking as well as views of the sound. Local surf shops, restaurants, coffee shop, ice cream parlor, and a grocery store are all within walking distance. The fishing pier is just a short walk down the beach strand. There are four places of worship within walking distance of the apartment.
You can board a boat and take a cruise of the waterway. There is a walking/running trail "the loop" at the end of the street of approximately three miles that you can enjoy for exercise which goes around the island. Within this trail is a recreation area consisting of a park and other outdoor activities, swings, tennis courts, etc. Lessons are offered for surfing at the local shop as well as any beach rental equipment you may need. Wrightsville Beach is a family-oriented beach. This apartment has been in our family for many years. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do!!

- From the spacious porch you can view the ocean and the sound. You can actually see the waves breaking in the ocean. Often you can see a boat passing in the sound as well as in the ocean. The fishing pier is just a short walk down the beach. Outdoor shower with both hot and cold water is available for rising off after a great day on the beach.

- You can charter boats for off shore fishing or diving. The fishing pier is a short walk down the beach strand if you want to try your luck at fishing. Surfing lesions are available at the local surf shop. Bicycles or any beach articles you may need can be rented or purchased at the local shop at the end of the street. You can get plenty of exercise by walking "The Loop" - at the end of the street and go around the island. Relax on the porch and enjoy the sunsets and sunrise - it is a beautiiful view.

Oceanic Apartment in the "Heart" of Wrightsville Beach
The Unique Benefits at this Apartment
This building is well known to many people. We have had birthday parties in the yard and on the ocean sand out front for many years. We have enjoyed graduation parties and just get together's with friends, cooking out, laughing, and relaxing. The location is perfect to walk anywhere on the island you want to go. The view is fantastic and you can loose yourself in the salt air and atmosphere.
Fishing pier great for fishing and also for just walking out on a looking over the water. There is also a game room inside.
This is the local grocery store on the beach. You can fine most anything here.
Vito's has a relaxed setting for enjoying pizza and drinks. They have an outdoor eating area. Open late night.
Mayfaire is a combination shops and restaurants, movie theater, gym, grocery store, fresh market, etc. You can walk around outdoors and enjoy the atmosphere.

The family is locals - born and raised on Wrightsville Beach. This property has been a part of the Cofer family for many years. Ed and Paulette are now the owners. Our children actually went to school at Wrightsville Beach elementary and later graduated from UNCW. The boys still live and work here on the beach - it is hard to get that "ocean fever" out of them!!

I arranged for my friends to stay here for my wedding week and they loved it. I was there quite a bit and it is immaculate. Beautiful hard wood floors, decorated very nicely, big and well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds. There is only one bathroom so be prepared for that. There are stairs to climb but definitely worth it. The view from the porch is excellent. Their stay was off season so it was very quiet. I think during the high season it would probably be more active on this street so that would be something to keep in mind. I'm going to recommend this apartment to my friends who don't need or want "luxury" accommodations. It is very homey, cozy, and my style. The location is great for the restaurants in Wrightsville Beach, excellent fish tacos and margaritas just around the corner! Yippee!
Owner response:I have to agree with everything that Michael said about the apartment!! I can say that during peak season, there is more foot traffic on the street. We do not have on street parking so vehicles are ones that actually live on the street or surfer's checking waves. The apartment is high enough up and far enough off the main road where you do not get alot of noise. The neighbors are all quiet and it is a great place to vacation. I have not had any complaints about traffic or noise problems at any time of the year.

My family nd I rented this apartment in July 2011. what a view we had cant wait to go back again. The apartment was very clean. It was very comfortable I felt like I was home. Close to the bech was the best part :) We had an amazing time. We are already talking about coming back out in July 2012.

My family, friends and myself stayed on Oceanic and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. It was nice being so close to the beach, stores, bars, restaurants, etc. Parking was convenient and we look forward to coming back next year!! This apt. is located on the 3rd floor, so not for those physically unable to negotiate stairs.

I was 100% pleased with this beach house from the moment I walked in. It was immacuately clean, very cute and beachy and modern. The room sizes and decks and furniture were perfect. I had a great stay and wanted to stay longer!

My sisters and I spent a long weekend at this apartment. Besides being cozy and big enough for 6 of us, it was clean and well cared for. We enjoyed the view and the close walk to the beach. We were able to cook our own meals. The dinning room table was big enough to accomodate all of us. The apartment was easy to find and walking distance to uptown. Parking was a little tight but it worked! Paulette was great in helping us when needed! I would recommend this place to our friends and family. I would stay again!

We stayed 4 weeks this Summer and loved it. The views are wonderful and there is a lot of great people watching from the deck as it's great surfing at the end of the street. I felt very comfortable letting my kids walk down the street to get ice cream to look in the shops, great restaurants around the corner and a grocery store too! I recommend without reservation.

My family and I stayed here during Memorial week. The apartment was very nice and comfortable. The kids had their own room with their own tv. And the apartment is right on the beach and within walking distance of places to eat. We really enjoyed staying here and hope to stay here again on our next visit.
