This unique Caribbean-style villa, located on the east end of Cayman Island is 25 minutes from downtown and airport. Our villa is located in a small private and intimate complex of multi-colored villas in the tranquil and peaceful east end, just steps from the best diving and snorkeling in the world.
This beautiful newly-built vacation home is designer-decorated, over 2000 square feet, two story, three bedrooms, three and a half baths, and can accommodate up to eight people. This ocean-view villa comes fully-equipped with an open-concept kitchen, stainless steel side-by-side refrigerator with ice dispenser, microwave oven, large dishwasher, cook-top, and stacking washer and dryer. The villa is completely furnished with kitchen supplies including pots, pans, dishes, wine glasses, blenders, coffee maker,ice tea maker, toaster, cutlery, and appliances that will make any chef at home.
The master bedroom is beautifully designed with cathedral ceilings and four poster king-size bed with double pillow top mattress. Also included is a forty-two inch flat screen TV/DVD/CD player and a large en-suite bathroom, large whirlpool tub, separate shower stall, double sinks, Italian travertine countertops, and a spectacular private view from your balcony with two lounge chairs and table.
The second bedroom has a queen-size metal sleigh bed with double pillow top mattress and a 36 inch flat screen TV. Guests can enjoy the second floor balcony, which includes two lounge chairs and table for your morning coffee. The third bedroom is located on the first floor and is furnished with two twin iron beds, dresser, linens, one full bath and shower.
Guests can enjoy the fabulous Caribbean culture along with the elegance, spectacular views, and furnishings of the finest hotels. Also provided is a large, five-tier cascading swimming pool with waterfalls and barbecue area and over 300 feet of sandy beaches only steps from your door. Several fine dining restaurants are nearby, including the famous “Portofinos”, “Pappagallos”, “Lighthouse”, and “Castro’s Hideaway” where you can see the “Barefoot Man” perform on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Amenities include central air conditioning (two units), three cable TVs, three telephones, two VHS/CD/DVD players, full open kitchen, combination microwave/convection oven, refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, cooking utensils, coffeemaker, toaster, blender, electric can opener, washer and dryer, iron and board, whirlpool in master bathroom, hair dryer,extra inflatable queen size mattress, crib and high chair, and beach towels.PETS NOT ALLOWED & PLEASE NO SMOKING INSIDE THE VILLA. Ashtrays are provided on the balcony for your convenience.
The living & dining area,on the first floor has Italian leather furniture with a spectacular entertainment system including a 42' flat screen TV.It has sliding doors opening to a lanai with a breathtaking view of the 5 cascading swimming pools & the crystal clear sparkling warm ocean water.This villa is the perfect vacation paradise for those seeking seclsion,peace,tranquility & each room is designed to catch the fresh sea breezes.

HI, I would like to thank Lance for such a wonderful place to stay in the East End of the Island. It's so quiet and Romantic here. The Villa is in fantastic condition and the decor is wonderful. The atmosphere is so relaxing here!! The swimming pools are excellent as well... and a very short walk to the beach. Thanks again and I will be back soon...Recommended for: Romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, families with young children.

My family & I loved our stay in this gorgeous Villa. The Villa is furnished beautifully with every attention paid to the smallest details, meticulously clean and oh so comfortable. We loved having the ocean and the pools right out our door. The property was quiet, secure and well-maintained. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others. One of our favorite vacations!Recommended for: Romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children.

We have been to Grand Cayman serveral times and have stayed on the East End and the North side of the Island this was our first time at the Seacrest villa and it was great, The villa was very clean and comfortable. We loved the pools we were surprised of the privacy we had at the pools, we loved the water falls in the pools spent a day at rum point and had some of the best Jerk chicken at Rankins in Bodden town about a 25min drive. We stayed there in February 2012 we open all the windows upstairs for some ocean breeze while we slept, the beds are very nice and clean they had lots of extra clean sheets for the beds. love cooking outside with the grill, The photos on the wedsite don't do the place justice just awesome! Had a wonderful time can't wait to go backRecommended for: Romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, adventure seekers, sightseeing, families with young children, age 55+.
