This unique Caribbean-style villa, located on the east end of Cayman Island is 15 minutes from downtown and airport. Our villa is located in a small private and intimate complex of multi-colored villas in the tranquil and peaceful east end, just steps from the best diving and snorkeling in the world.

This beautiful newly-built vacation home is designer-decorated, over 2000 square feet, two story, three bedrooms, three and a half baths, and can accommodate up to eight people. This ocean-front villa comes fully-equipped with an open-concept kitchen, stainless steel side-by-side refrigerator with ice dispenser, microwave oven, large dishwasher, cook-top, and stacking washer and dryer. The villa is completely furnished with kitchen supplies including pots, pans, dishes, wine glasses, blenders, coffee/cappuccino maker,ice tea maker, toaster, cutlery, and appliances that will make any chef at home.

The master bedroom is beautifully designed with cathedral ceilings and four poster king-size bed with double pillow top mattress. Also included is a forty-two inch flat screen TV/DVD/CD player and a large en-suite bathroom, large whirlpool tub, separate shower stall, double sinks, Italian travertine countertops, and a spectacular private view from your balcony with two lounge chairs and table.

The second bedroom has a queen-size metal sleigh bed with double pillow top mattress and a 36 inch flat screen TV. Guests can enjoy the second floor balcony, which includes two lounge chairs and table for your morning coffee. The third bedroom is located on the first floor and is furnished with two twin iron beds, dresser, linens, one full bath and shower.

Guests can enjoy the fabulous Caribbean culture along with the elegance, spectacular views, and furnishings of the finest hotels. Also provided is a large, five-tier cascading swimming pool with waterfalls and hot tub, barbecue area and over 300 feet of sandy beaches only steps from your door. Several fine dining restaurants are nearby, including the famous “Portofinos”, “Pappagallos”, “Lighthouse”, and “Castro’s Hideaway” where you can see the “Barefoot Man” perform on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Amenities include central air conditioning (two units), three cable TVs, three telephones, two VHS/CD/DVD players, full open kitchen, combination microwave/convection oven, refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, cooking utensils, cappuccino/coffeemaker, toaster, blender, electric can opener, washer and dryer, iron and board, whirlpool in master bathroom, hair dryer,extra inflatable queen size mattress, crib and high chair, hot tub (shared), and beach towels.PETS NOT ALLOWED & PLEASE NO SMOKING INSIDE THE VILLA. Ashtrays are provided on the balcony for your convenience.
