The garden setting and private location make this a unique rental experience. This three bedroom, three bath house is quaint and cozy but fully renovated, furnished and accommodated with full amenities, including granite and marble counters in the baths and kitchen, and Viking appliances. Also, the pool, spa, and outdoor kitchen make this a delightful place to relax and entertain. Blocks from the beach, the house is perfect for vacationers, as well as corporate, executive or temporary relocation rentals. Also, the house is available for events, filming and photo shoots on a daily rate basis. Call to inquire about the higher daily rate for these types of rentals.
