Our Sebring vacation home was completed in 2006. It is immaculately clean and beautifully appointed to be your luxury home away from home. This home is particularly suitable for retirees as we are located in a 55+ community.

The property is light and bright with modern and tasteful furnishings in a contemporary Florida style to make your vacation luxurious, cozy and relaxing.
Your luxury retreat features 3 bedrooms: The spacious master suite with 2 full size beds and a pleasant guest room with 2 twin size beds. The 3rd bedroom is appointed as an office for all of your computer needs. We provide wireless DSL throughout the home. The luxurious master bathroom boasts a large garden tub, walk-in shower and dual vanities. We include FREE satellite television (family package) in your rental rate. The home also provides a security system.
Your kitchen is fully stocked with cooking utensils, appliances, dishes, cutlery and anything else you may need for a comfortable stay. We supply you with linens, towels and a hair dryer. Our indoor laundry room has a roomy washer and dryer, iron and ironing board.
The community features a heated pool, a clubhouse, billiards and shuffle board. Social activities are available at the clubhouse. This community is a 55+ community, is very quiet and peaceful and you will find neighbors taking walks and bike rides in the early morning and evenings.
Your home away from home is very centrally located within minutes from local shopping (Lakeshore Mall, Lowe's, Michael's, Books A Million, Starbucks etc.), the movie theater and all major restaurants (Panera Bread, Olive Garden, Red Lobster, Outback Steakhouse, Chili's, Roadhouse Grill). We are 15 minutes from the Sebring Racetrack.
Sebring has 13 golf courses and 27 lakes. It posesses that old world charm that allows you to enjoy a laid back, relaxed vacation.
You can reach either Florida coast with their pristine beaches as well as Orlando with world-class shopping and Disney World, Universal Studios and other area attractions in less than 90 minutes.

Why the Owner Chose Sebring
We had this vacation rental built in 2006, because it has one of the most central locations in Sebring. We are right across from a brand-new shopping center, 2 minutes from the mall and 5 minutes from Walmart and a new Publix supermarket. Vacation living does not get any easier than that.
The Unique Benefits at this House
The pool is heated year round and was just remodeled and enlarged. The community hosts an array of activities every month that are very fun to participate in. The neighbors are very friendly.
