OUR HOUSE IS EXCEPTIONALLY CLEAN AND WELL MAINTAINED. IT IS TRULY ONLY 60' FROM THE BEACH, WITH WONDERFUL PARTIAL VIEWS OF THE OCEAN.
THE HOUSE WAS BUILT IN 2005,AND HAS BEEN PROFESSIONALLY DECORATED IN A BEACH DECOR. IT HAS 1300 SQUARE FEET OF DECKING IN BOTH THE FRONT AND BACK ON ALL FLOORS. THERE IS ALSO A ROOFTOP VIEWING DECK TO BE ENJOYED.
WE HAVE A 40"HD FLAT SCREEN TV IN THE GREAT ROOM AND REGULAR TV'S IN ALL THE BEDROOMS AS WELL AS OTHER SEATING AREAS.
WE ARE AN EASY WALK TO THE BEACH, COMMUNITY POOL, TENNIS, SHOPPING AREAS AND RESTAURANTS.
THIS IS A WONDERFUL HOUSE FOR MULTIPLE FAMILY MEMBERS OF ALL AGES.
Lower level includes two bedrooms (one queen, one pyramid bunk), full bath, game room with pool table and a sleeper sofa plus mini kitchen with second refrigerator and microwave.
Mid level includes living area with sleep sofa, three bedrooms (one queen, two twins, one king master) two full baths, and laundry room.
Top level includes a king master bedroom with full bath, fully stocked kitchen, half bath and great room.
Amenities include: Private pool (heated for a fee), hot tub located on mid level deck, Community pool and tennis approximately 500 feet, wireless internet, multiple TVs, VCRs, DVDs, two refrigerators, barbecue, pool table, baby equipment, Jacuzzi tub, outside shower, deck swing, and hammock.

Thank you for sharing your beautiful beach house with us. We were here for a family vacation of four along with my parents. My two daughters had a blast splashing in the pool and playing in the sand. The beach access was so convenient and it made it easy to get back to the house for naps and lunch. My mom loved the well equiped kitchen and my dad enjoyed dining al fresco on the screened porch. My husband enjoyed grilling lobster and steaks on the charcoal grill. All in all a fabulous family vacation. Our eldest daughter did not want to leave. We look forward to coming back.
