GREAT NEW MINTURN TOWNHOME
Located 5 minutes from Lions Head and 10 minutes from Beaver Creek in the quaint town of Minturn, is this new, very spacious 2150sqft town home sleeps 7 to 9 comfortably. Minturn is a great "real" Colorado mountain town settled in the 1800s and still today, retains its reputation as one of the friendliest towns in the Rocky Mountains. Great local people, restaurants, shops, and bars are all within walking distance of the town home.
When you are not on the mountain, you will love the relaxed feeling in the town of Minturn. Listen to the Eagle River rush by and enjoy the town and alpine views from the decks and patio.
THE HOME IS A GREAT PLACE FOR YOUR FAMILY
The layout of the town home provides plenty of privacy on four different levels. A private Master bedroom level, the entry level provides Kitchen, Dinning area, the downstairs family room and bunk bed bedroom level and the lower level contains full bedroom full bath suite with a second family room and access to the patio.
The entry level contains a well-equipped kitchen; large dining area with a Canadian red maple table, comfortably seats eight and counter seating for four. The kitchen features granite counters, stainless steel appliances and a large convection oven. Also on the entry level there is gas fireplace and half bathroom and the garage where you can store your car, skis and snowboards.The deck provides picturesque alpine mountain views and a natural gas stainless steel BBQ.
In the kitchen, you can find everything you need to cook and serve your favorite meals, including, among other things, stainless steel pots and pans, various baking and serving dishes, microwave oven, convection oven, gas range and enough glassware and plates and bowls to serve twelve.
The family room is an area where it is easy for people to hang out, stretch and relax. In addition to the sectional and oversized lounge chair, the large deck from this level affords view of White pine National forest, the town of Minturn and Valley views. This level also contains a bedroom with a custom made full over queen Aspen log bunk bed, full bath and laundry room with full-size washer and dryer.
After dinner, you can watch a movie or choose from games to play - we have a small collection of Cards, Poker Chips, and Board Games. Maybe relax next to the fire with a book or enjoy the views from the 2 decks or patio.
THE BEDROOMS ARE COMFORTABLE AND COZY
The master bedroom has a vaulted ceiling, king-size bed with a euro top mattress, attached bathroom with two sinks, seating in the bath tub and rain soaker shower, it’s a great quiet place to relax.
When the kids want their own space, the downstairs bedroom contains a custom Aspen log bunk bed (which is a extra long full over queen with a comfortable euro top mattresses).
The third bedroom is a suite and contains a queen bed and attached full bath. This level also contains a secondary den and access to the patio.
The bedrooms have high thread count sheets, Hype allergic pillows, and comfortable euro top Sealy mattress.
ATTACHED GARAGE AND DUAL ZONE HEATING
The Garage is where you can store your car, skis and boards. There is plenty of extra parking outside the home. The heating system provides dual zone heating and cooling with built-in humidity system.
5 miles to Vail, 10 Miles to Beaver Creek, 30 Miles to Eagle/Vail Airport, 90 Miles from Denver. The Eagle County bus service walking is within distance from the town home that runs from Minturn, to and from Vail and Avon.
Ski home via the Minturn Mile.
