The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
This property was built as Denver's first an all inclusive environment. Guests wishing to stay onsite and not venture out can do so because we have a pool, hot tub, dentist and health care, gym, restaurants, bars, a salon and retail shopping right on site. The concierge staff is wonderful and the building is extremely secure.

We are a family of five who created a beautiful city home for our own enjoyment. Due to busy schedules, we cannot enjoy this city home as much as we'd like to, so we open it up to you for your enjoyment. There is nothing like experiencing Denver from the top of a building with a direct downtown and mountain view. We work hard to make sure our guests are comfortable while staying with us. A note regarding parking: While guest parking spaces are limited, there are four sides of metered parking on the streets around the building and there is free parking one block away in a safe row of historic homes. If there are long term parking needs for our tenants' additional cars, we can rent additional spaces in the building for our guests. This has worked well in the past and tenants have been pleased.
