This property was built as Denver's first an all inclusive environment. Guests wishing to stay onsite and not venture out can do so because we have a pool, hot tub, dentist and health care, gym, restaurants, bars, a salon and retail shopping right on site. The concierge staff is wonderful and the building is extremely secure.

We are a family of five who created a beautiful city home for our own enjoyment. Due to busy schedules, we cannot enjoy this city home as much as we'd like to, so we open it up to you for your enjoyment. There is nothing like experiencing Denver from the top of a building with a direct downtown and mountain view. We work hard to make sure our guests are comfortable while staying with us.     • My husband and I recently spent the month of Sept. in this lovely, downtown condo -- so conveniently located in Denver's Golden Triangle. We enjoyed every moment spent in this deluxe environment. Our experience was amazing... from our initial contact with the gracious owner/hosts, to the many upscale comforts and conveniences this beautiful condo offered us. Also, a special treat... magnificent and breathtaking views of downtown Denver from every window, and, to the west, the beautiful Colorado mountains. Plus, the beds were so comfortable we slept like babies! It is a perfect location... everything is within walking distance... civic, cultural, and historic sites, museums, shopping, restaurants, plus public transit is right across the street. We are convinced we could not have found a more perfect condo in all of downtown Denver. It was absolutely perfect!

    • We really liked our Denver apartment that Dimitri had found on Vacation Rentals by Owner (VRBO) and booked online while we were still in South America. (Beauvallon, 975 Lincoln Street, Apt. 12G, Denver 80203-2725. It was 2 bedroom/2 bathroom that were separated by the living room, dining room and kitchen. So, if we had guests, we would have some privacy. There was a large balcony with a table and chairs and a smaller balcony with two lounge chairs off the master bedroom. We had views overlooking the Denver downtown area, a glimpse of the mountains and an Eastern exposure as well which got morning sun. The landlady had totally decorated the apartment, complete with a crystal chandelier in the master bathroom and elaborate candelabra throughout. It was a bit more "done" than we would have chosen but it made a great impression. Sometimes, apartments we have rented have been decorated beautifully but are not comfortable or functional. Our Beauvallon apartment was both. We had two recliner chairs in the living room (as well as a couch) and we moved them in front of the TV for relaxing viewing. The kitchen was well-equipped and easy to work in. When we needed something in the kitchen, the landlords were gracious about providing additional items. They were also conscientious about fixing things and making sure that the Internet worked well. Because we were long-term renters, a membership in the Matrix gym came with the apartment. We loved the Matrix Gym in the adjoining Beauvallon building. It is one of the best gyms we have ever used, including gyms at Four Seasons Hotels worldwide! Also provided by the landlords, were two city bikes. The weather in Denver was delightful while we were there and we used the bikes to go along Denver's rivers on the miles and miles of bike paths. We would return from biking or hiking and then use the Beauvallon Jacuzzi. It was great! With the apartment came one parking space. There were no additional spaces in the building for guests (and that is a huge problem).

      Homeowner Response:
      A note regarding parking: While guest parking spaces are limited, there are four sides of metered parking on the streets around the building and there is free parking one block away in a safe row of historic homes. If there are long term parking needs for our tenants' additional cars, we can rent additional spaces in the building for our guests. This has worked well in the past and tenants have been pleased.

    • This condo is AMAZING! From the owners, to the location, to the decorating, to the view... this place has it all! There was a group of 3 of us that stayed the week during the DNC. We couldn't have had a better experience. The owner was extremely gracious and attentative and the building had it all! The location is superb as well. We will definitely be back soon! Thanks!

    • Six of us stayed at this beautiful condo during the NCAA Frozen Four Hockey tournament. The owners were very gracious, met us upon arrival and absolutely opened their home to us. The condo is immaculately decorated and had everything we could ever need for our stay. It was so nice to come home with a suitcase full of clean clothes and relaxed muscles from the wonderful whirlpool!!! The condo is large enough for all of us and additional items were brought in for our kids comfort just like at home. The condo is centrally located in a very safe neighborhood. The view cannot be described properly without viewing it yourself. The view of downtown is breath taking. Shopping downtown was a very quick 5 min bus ride. We cannot come up with one complaint about this property. Absolutely amazing!!!! Thanks to the Kozar's for their hospitality!!!!

    • We stayed here for 8 weeks during the summer of 07- It is beautifully decorated with trendy, quality furnishings. VERY COMFORTABLE, fitness/massage center,heated pool/spa, beauty shop & terrific restaurant all available in bldg. Walking distance to downtown. Owners were very accomondating.

    • My wife and I have just completed a three month stay in this great property. We would highly recommend it to anyone heading to the Denver area for an extended vacation or business trip. The unit is well equipped in all facets for an extended stay and the views of downtown Denver from this 12th floor apartment are spectacular to say the least! Everything you need is within very easy walking distance including bars/restaurants in the immediate neighborhood as well as downtown Denver and all it's attractions. We will miss the fitness spa here in the complex as much as anything and we both look forward to another stay here some time in the future!
