We're just far enough down Fort Pickens Road that the beach area is not overly crowded. And what's better than walking next door to enjoy the wonderful atmosphere at Peg Leg Pete's restaurant!

My husband and I purchased our unit in it's preconstruction phase. We were so excited to see this piece of paradise come to fruition. It's the perfect place for friends and family to come relax and unwind. There's nothing better than feeling the sand walking on the best beach in the world and feeling the waves crash at your feet.

We had a wonderful time during our stay at Emerald Dolphin. This place is beautiful, clean and just perfect for our family. The view of the ocean is amazing. Our favorite part of the condo was the balcony that stretched out throughout the 2 bedrooms and living room. And it is in a great location! You can find everything you need in the condo and the owner Summer is very accommodating. Highly recommend this place!!!

The condo was exactly as described in the pictures with a marvelous view from both the front and rear. We walked to Peg Leg Pete's and had great meals. All the facilities were very well done. Thank you so much and we look forwArd to renting your apartment again in the future.

This was our second time down and we just love it. We had the grandchildren with us and the are 13, 8 & 5. They had the best time. Their first time to the beach. I would recommend this to anyone it is beatuiful and such a nice time. We will be back again.

Thank you so much for letting us stay in your beautiful condo. We have enjoyed getting away from the daily business of work and shuffling of kids place to place. It was much more fun shuffling them to the beach. The weather has been a little cood - 65 - but kids enjoyed the sand & surf. We would definitely like to come back & spend more time. Thanks again for your hospitality. Everything was GREAT!
