At over 2800 square feet, this four bedroom four bath, with vaulted ceilings and loft, is spacious enough to sleep up to 18 adults and with a rec room for the kids on the lower level you can still find a quiet space for conversation.
Our house was completely renovated last year inside and out and has all new tasteful furniture and furnishings including a big screen TV, DVDs, 26-inc TVs, PlayStation 2, wifi, and a stereo.
Located a half block to the beach and one block from the bay, you are in the heart of the entertainment district, and within walking distance of restaurants, shopping, nightclubs, and recreation.
With South Padre Island's free transportation (called the "Wave") you can jump on the bus at either end of our street and "ride the wave" to explore the island, or head south 23 miles to Matamores Mexico.
In the garage there are plenty of toys for you to use - including bicycles, boogie boards, skim boards, and even a surfboard.
