This brand-new, custom-built Wild Dunes, 5100-square-foot home with a reverse floor plan, which is across the street from the beach (across from the Citadel Beach house), has a huge deck with an outdoor kitchen, which includes a gas grill, sink, and fridge, and a private heated swimming pool. Every reservation in this home comes with a Wild Dunes sports card. It gives you access to the Wild Dunes golf course, clay tennis courts, fitness center, Grand Pavilion Pools, and children's programs.
Guests in this home also enjoy an outdoor shower, elevator that goes to all 4 floors, ping pong table, hammock, regulation size pool table, hardwood floors, wide plasma screen cable TV, DVD, VCR, gourmet kitchen, high speed internet (Internet services are not guaranteed to work with your equipment. We cannot provide support for guest's personal computer systems.), and wet bar with sink, ice maker and wine cooler. With seven bedrooms and seven and a half baths, this home can accommodate up to 21 people. Each of the seven bedrooms has a private bath and cable TV and telephone. The garage holds up to 5 cars plus additional in the driveway.
On the first floor, there are six bedrooms. The first and second bedrooms both have a king-size bed, cable TV, telephone and bath. The third and fourth bedrooms each have two queen beds each, cable TV, telephone and bath. The fifth bedroom has two extra long twin beds (which can be converted to one king bed upon request with at least 2 days notice), cable TV, telephone and bath. The sixth bedroom has a king bed, cable TV, telephone and bath. The laundry room is also located on the first floor.
On the second floor is the gourmet kitchen; large dining room; spacious living room with queen size sleeper sofa; wet bar with a wine cooler, sink, and ice maker; pool table area with sleeper sofa and half bath. The pool deck is located off the living room and it has an outdoor kitchen with a gas grill, mini-fridge, and sink.
The entire third floor is dedicated to the master suite consisting of the master bedroom with a king size bed, cable TV, DVD/VCR, telephone and a deck with ocean views and overlooking the pool area. The master bathroom has a whirlpool tub and a large shower. Plus this bedroom has two large walk-in closets. Also on the third floor there is an office with a desk and high speed internet.
This home is across the street from the beach, conveniently located at your back door. There is an outdoor shower as you step off the path from the beach and into the garage.

As a note of caution we would like to remind you that this home is located in a residential area, and the community is very sensitive to inappropriate noise levels emanating from rental homes particularly in the evening hours. Therefore we cannot allow parties, and we must prohibit large gatherings at the pool area after 10pm. The noise ordinance is strictly enforced by the Isle of Palms Police. Violations of the noise ordinance could result in fines and/or eviction.
