Enjoy your coffee out on the balcony watching dolphins chase fish in the blue waters below while fishing charter boats head out Perdido Pass to the Gulf of Mexico. This condo offers "the best of both worlds" with access to the beach only minutes away and boating and fishing right in front of the complex, all of this with a huge pool and grounds to enjoy. Although boat slips and docks are for residents, bringing your boat or wave runner is no problem since you can moor or anchor it down at the beach shore area for easy access.
Elevators will take you to the 11th floor where you will find our condo beautifully decorated with all the comforts of home. The family room is furnished with a sofa and loveseat with the sofa converting to a full size bed! In the corner is the entertainment center with a 40" flat screen TV, Stereo, VCR, DVD, CD changer, and high-speed Wireless/wired internet access for your laptop convenience. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, dresser and private bath with cable TV.
The second bedroom has a queen bed, cable TV and its own private access to the hall bath. We also have a full size washer and dryer along with a fully stocked kitchen with enough utensils, pots and pans ready for your own shrimp boil. As night falls enjoy the incredible show of the "city skyline" as lights glow from the condominiums and boats cruising by--a refreshing and entertaining contrast to the darkness of a night time ocean-view.
With nearby attractions like pro designed golf courses, shopping at The Warf and Tanger Outlet mall, fishing charters, amusement parks, waterslides and tremendous restaurants all within minutes of the condo it doesn't get much better that this! The view is breathtaking! The description of this rental property was very accurate, clean and amenities were just as listed in advertisement. The owners were very helpful with questions even after we arrived. We will definitely rent again. By the way . . . we caught almost any kind of fish you can imagine. We could pull our boat right up to the condo and come and go in the boat. Peaceful, quiet . . .Awesome experience!

Loved Back Bay! Thank you Kevin and Liz for an awesome week in your beautiful condo! This is the place to be! The view is amazing...we enjoyed watching dolphins and sting rays swim in the cove. Quiet and relaxing and loads of fun for the kids! We enjoyed the pool daily and were able to anchor our jet ski right out front! Never a dull moment with the pool and bay! We will be back soon!

Everything was just as described. Very clean and quiet. We loved watching the boats (getting stuck) coming and going.The dolphins came everyday except the last 2 days we were there.The pool was always clean and never overcrowded. We love it.Thanks for sharing your home away from home ..

This condo was very nice and has a great view of the Gulf of Mexico and the Back Bay areas. The bedrooms, kitchen, dining, and living areas are nice and large. The bath/shower areas are kinda small but adequate. Only 10 to 15 minutes from dining, beaches, and golf courses. Pool is nice and has shallow areas for children. Recommended for couples who enjoy nice quiet facilities with a great view or families with children.

We enjoyed viewing dolphins and pelicans from the balcony and the benches at water's edge. Pool is very nice, water clean and clear. I really liked the grassy area between the pool and bay. Good choice to relax and still be close to other activities.

Kevin & LIz, Thank you so much for sharing this wonderfull place with us. My wife and I loved coffee on the balcony each morning, watching the birds and an occasional dolphin. Our girls had great fun in the pool. The views of the bay and gulf as well as the variety of boats were ever changing. We enjoyed the full moon, sunrise, sunsets and the rain storms as they rolled in. Again thank you for your hospitality.
