Enjoy your coffee out on the balcony watching dolphins chase fish in the blue waters below while fishing charter boats head out Perdido Pass to the Gulf of Mexico. This condo offers "the best of both worlds" with access to the beach only minutes away and boating and fishing right in front of the complex, all of this with a huge pool and grounds to enjoy. Although boat slips and docks are for residents, bringing your boat or wave runner is no problem since you can moor or anchor it down at the beach shore area for easy access.

Elevators will take you to the 11th floor where you will find our condo beautifully decorated with all the comforts of home. The family room is furnished with a sofa and loveseat with the sofa converting to a full size bed! In the corner is the entertainment center with TV, Stereo, VCR, DVD, 5-CD changer, and high-speed Wireless/wired internet access for your laptop convenience. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, dresser and private bath with cable TV.

The second bedroom has a queen bed, cable TV and its own private access to the hall bath. We also have a full size washer and dryer along with a fully stocked kitchen with enough utensils, pots and pans ready for your own shrimp boil. As night falls enjoy the incredible show of the "city skyline" as lights glow from the condominiums and boats cruising by--a refreshing and entertaining contrast to the darkness of a night time ocean-view.

With nearby attractions like pro designed golf courses, shopping at The Warf and Tanger Outlet mall, fishing charters, amusement parks, waterslides and tremendous restaurants all within minutes of the condo it doesn't get much better that this!   • I can not say enough good things about this rental and the owners. The rental was just exactly what they said it would be. It was very well stocked even things most rentals don't have, the view fabulous! The resort fantastic and peaceful. The owners are the easiest people to deal with, the fishing great and the dolphins are there to watch every afternoon, we saw several. Everyone was very impressed which in this group is hard to do. Thank you so much Kevin & Liz! We hope to be back someday. The Dalton Gang Roll Tide!

  • My girlfriend and I stayed here for a wedding/concert weekend of 4/16-4/19/09 and the property is exactly as decribed. The master bedroom was very spacious with a beautiful view of the bay. All the amenities were very nice including the comfortable beds, nice telvisions, and stereo. The view was very incredible, several of our friends had other various condos on the bay and ocean, and ours was by far the best. We saw our first dolphin with in about 30 minutes of getting settled in. We also rented a pontoon boat with our friends and had plenty of room to beach it right outside the condo. Kevin was very friendly and kept in touch very often and answered all my questions. We will return if we ever make it back to Orange Beach.

  • My husband and I wanted to get away for the weekend and decided that the beach was the answer. I called Kevin the week we were looking to rent his beautiful condo. Even though it was last minute, Kevin was very accommodating and helpful. We had a great time enjoying the warm weather and the view from the balcony was refreshing. The condo is in great shape and only minutes from delicious restaurants and the beach. I will definitely recommend this condo to anyone looking for a nice relaxing getaway. Thanks Kevin!

  • The view was perfect-better than being directly on the beach. The bay is beautiful and very peaceful. I saw dolphins two mornings in a row. They seem to come around 6 or 6:30 AM - early but worth it. They swam around for about 30 - 45 minutes. The pool was fabulous and never crowded and the penthouse patio is in the perfect spot - no glaring afternoon sun. We'll be back!

  • Thank you so much for the amazing opportunity to enjoy your condo in Orange Beach. It was fabulous and the view was nothing short of SPECTACULAR! Also, I would like to comment on the Security Supervisor on Staff. So kind and cordial while still doing his job professionally. The last condo we rented this summer, felt as if security was run by Nazi mafia and we were treated more as criminals than guests. Kudos! Also ran into 2 other Back Bay owners we knew from Mobile. Advised us their condos were for rent. My husband just replyed, thanks but ain't the same without the "Penthouse View"! Thank you for allowing us to share your special getaway!   • Dear Kevin and Liz, Thank you so very much for allowing us to stay in your awesome, awesome condo. It was so clean, and we had absoultely everything we needed. In fact, we were surprised at some of the tings you had thought of that we would have been lost without. We of course didn't think of them until we got there.   • This property is as described clean and very comfortable. Kevin is very easy to work with. The views of the bay are beautiful during the day and stunning at night w/the lights off the water. I just can`t say how much I enjoyed my week on the bay. The pool is large and is a swimmers pool, very fun!!! I just can`t say enough good things.

  • If only words could express what a great time we had. I think I talked Kevin's ears off when we returned home! Hanging out on the Lanai was nothing but a dream, we saw dolphins and rays swimming right in front of us. The condo was spectacular too! It was spotless and beautiful. The mattress was so comfy (one of my pet peeves when I travel). There are a ton of places to hang out on the beach, Lu's Lu's and The "Hang out" was a blast. If you like playing golf you must try out Gulf State Park. Thanks Kevin and Liz for the wonderful time! Cindy & John

  • If you have a family, and like to just get away from the wildness of life......this is the place to stay!!! The pool is wonderful. The room is beautiful, with an awesome view of the bay. We saw dolphins and stingrays from the balcony! The atmosphere is family oriented, you dont have to worry with crazy people. LOL The staff is very friendly. We just had a wonderful time.
