The view is breathtaking! The description of this rental property was very accurate, clean and amenities were just as listed in advertisement. The owners were very helpful with questions even after we arrived. We will definitely rent again. By the way . . . we caught almost any kind of fish you can imagine. We could pull our boat right up to the condo and come and go in the boat. Peaceful, quiet . . .Awesome experience!

Loved Back Bay! Thank you Kevin and Liz for an awesome week in your beautiful condo! This is the place to be! The view is amazing...we enjoyed watching dolphins and sting rays swim in the cove. Quiet and relaxing and loads of fun for the kids! We enjoyed the pool daily and were able to anchor our jet ski right out front! Never a dull moment with the pool and bay! We will be back soon!

Everything was just as described. Very clean and quiet. We loved watching the boats (getting stuck) coming and going.The dolphins came everyday except the last 2 days we were there.The pool was always clean and never overcrowded. We love it.Thanks for sharing your home away from home ..

This condo was very nice and has a great view of the Gulf of Mexico and the Back Bay areas. The bedrooms, kitchen, dining, and living areas are nice and large. The bath/shower areas are kinda small but adequate. Only 10 to 15 minutes from dining, beaches, and golf courses. Pool is nice and has shallow areas for children. Recommended for couples who enjoy nice quiet facilities with a great view or families with children.

We enjoyed viewing dolphins and pelicans from the balcony and the benches at water's edge. Pool is very nice, water clean and clear. I really liked the grassy area between the pool and bay. Good choice to relax and still be close to other activities.

Kevin & LIz, Thank you so much for sharing this wonderfull place with us. My wife and I loved coffee on the balcony each morning, watching the birds and an occasional dolphin. Our girls had great fun in the pool. The views of the bay and gulf as well as the variety of boats were ever changing. We enjoyed the full moon, sunrise, sunsets and the rain storms as they rolled in. Again thank you for your hospitality.

"Incredible gulf and bay views" adequately describes the view from the balcony of this condo. Our first time to stay on the bay side, we were quite impressed with the wonderful view and spent many hours watching the boats, the ducks, and the dolphins in motion. We loved the fact that the condo was tucked away from the busyness of the beach, the traffic, and the crowds and craziness that beach life brings. The condo was very comfortable, clean and stocked with all the amenities of home, exactly as the photos reflect. Our vacation was all that we wanted it to be, a restful week away from the hustle and bustle of the city. We left happy and relaxed and hopeful to return to this little piece of paradise in the near future. The owner was "the best" in accommodating us with our reservations, etc. An overall big thumbs up!!!"

This condo facility is off the beaten path and well worth it. Lots of peace and quiet, but 5 mins. away from the beach, restaurants, shopping and movie theaters. Foley outlet mall is a quick 15mins. away. My husband and I play golf and we played 3 courses that were within 25 mins. from the condo. But the best thing of all, is the wonderful view of the bay looking out towards the gulf beaches...lots of action on the water to entertain you. The condo was very clean and comfee with everything you would need for an enjoyable stay. The pool area is very relaxing and you can walk out on the piers and soak in the view. And early in the morning you'll want to grab your coffee and go sit out on the balcony and watch for the dolphins....we even saw some stingrays. I would recommend this condo for couples and ladies weekend away, but it's very limited for entertaining little ones. There we some kids there and we heard some of them complaining they were bored with just the pool. The owners are very easy in making your reservation/rental plans.

Absolutely perfect! We have stayed in many different condos in the Alabama Gulf Coast area over the years and must say Back Bay # 1102 stands head and shoulders above the rest. Roomy, nicely decorated, fully equipped kitchen and a view like no other! The pool and grounds were beautiful, but our favorite spot was the spacious balcony just taking in the bay and gulf views while seeing the dolphins feed and the boats go by. Morning coffee and our late afternoon wine and cheese were enjoyed every day in that comfortable spot. Even the night time view was spectacular. Take binoculars..you will use them a lot. We will never stay on the beach again! This was one trip we hated to see end. What a place!

This condo is wonderful! Having always stayed directly gulfront, we did not know what we were missing. From this penthouse we could see the bay, boats, gulf and the lights from the strip at night. We also saw the Dolphins! Kevin was great and worked with me to make next day travel possible. Thanks Kevin and we hope to rent from you again.

Thank you so much for letting my family and I stay at your wonderful condo. I can not say enough good things about this rental and the owners. The rental was just exactly what they said it would be. It was very well stocked even things most rentals don't have, the view fabulous! The resort fantastic and peaceful. The owners are the easiest people to deal with, the fishing great and the dolphins are there to watch every afternoon, we saw several. Everyone was very impressed which in this group is hard to do. My girlfriend and I stayed here for a wedding/concert weekend of 4/16-4/19/09 and the property is exactly as decribed. The master bedroom was very spacious with a beautiful view of the bay. All the amenities were very nice including the comfortable beds, nice telvisions, and stereo. The view was very incredible, several of our friends had other various condos on the bay and ocean, and ours was by far the best. We saw our first dolphin with in about 30 minutes of getting settled in. We also rented a pontoon boat with our friends and had plenty of room to beach it right outside the condo. Kevin was very friendly and kept in touch very often and answered all my questions. We will return if we ever make it back to Orange Beach.

My husband and I wanted to get away for the weekend and decided that the beach was the answer. I called Kevin the week we were looking to rent his beautiful condo. Even though it was last minute, Kevin was very accommodating and helpful. We had a great time enjoying the warm weather and the view from the balcony was refreshing. The view was perfect-better than being directly on the beach. The bay is beautiful and very peaceful. I saw dolphins two mornings in a row. They seem to come around 6 or 6:30 AM - early but worth it. They swam around for about 30 - 45 minutes. The pool was fabulous and never crowded and the penthouse patio is in the perfect spot - no glaring afternoon sun. We'll be back!

Thank you so much for the amazing opportunity to enjoy your condo in Orange Beach. It was fabulous and the view was nothing short of SPECTACULAR! Also, I would like to comment on the Security Supervisor on Staff. So kind and cordial while still doing his job professionally. The last condo we rented this summer, felt as if security was run by Nazi mafia and we were treated more as criminals than guests. Kudos! Also ran into 2 other Back Bay owners we knew from Mobile. Advised us their condos were for rent. My husband just replyed, thanks but ain't the same without the "Penthouse View"! Thank you for allowing us to share your special getaway! This property is as described clean and very comfortable. Kevin is very easy to work with. The views of the bay are beautiful during the day and stunning at night w/the lights off the water. I just can`t say how much I enjoyed my week on the bay. The pool is large and is a swimmers pool, very fun!!! I just can`t say enough good things.

If only words could express what a great time we had. I think I talked Kevin's ears off when we returned home! Hanging out on the Lanai was nothing but a dream, we saw dolphins and rays swimming right in front of us. The condo was spectacular too! It was spotless and beautiful. The mattress was so comfy (one of my pet peeves when I travel). There are a ton of places to hang out on the beach, Lu's Lu's and The "Hang out" was a blast. If you have a family, and like to just get away from the wildness of life......this is the place to stay!!! The pool is wonderful. The room is beautiful, with an awesome view of the bay. We saw dolphins and stingrays from the balcony! The atmosphere is family oriented, you dont have to worry with crazy people. LOL The staff is very friendly. We just had a wonderful time.

This was our first time to stay in a condo on the bay and we were not disappointed. We loved the view of the bay. The condo was very clean and had plenty of room for our 4 adults and 2 children. We had a pontoon boat with us and it was awesome to cruise around in the bay. I definitely want to stay here again.

My parents and I stayed at this beautiful condo. I would recommend it to anyone wanting a very relaxing vacation! We plan on returning, if God wills, for possibly 2 weeks (if my mom and I can talk my dad into it!) Summer of 2008! We are hooked. We've been going to Gulf Shores/Orange Beach since I've been a young child, and I have never had a vacation like the one I just got home from this afternoon. Jamie and I brought our 2 children ages 3 & 4 to this wonderful "resort" last year for Spring Break (April 2006). It was perfect! From the beautiful view off the balcony to the many amenities for our children, the condo had it all.The easy access pool, great big playground around the corner, many many restaurants (fun and used to having kids around) and last but definitely not least the “pure as snow” white beaches. The condo itself had lots of room to handle our active little ones plus the high tech stuff my husband needed to dial in to work and play DVDs. We actually cooked quite a few meals and the kitchen was just the right size to get it all done and easy to clean up. I loved having the washer and dryer I am a laundry nut! This was our first time visiting Orange Beach and we cannot wait to get back this summer (2007).

My wife, daughter and friend of my wife's and I stayed in this lovely condo for a long weekend and had a wonderful time. The greatest part of our get away was the relaxation on the terrace overlooking the bay. We ate there, drank coffee in the morning, read during the day and enjoyed a cocktail in the evening.
