$95/night and up with tax already included: 1400 square feet 3 bedroom townhouse with full size Kitchen, Dining Room, Washer/Dryer, Central Air/Heat, Large TVs in every bedroom.
Master Bedroom #1: King Bed, #2: 1 Queen Bed and 1 Twin Bed, #3: Ground Floor Queen Bed, 1 Queen Sleeper Sofa in Living Room. 3 Full Baths. Play-pen and high chair provided. Reserved private driveway for 2 cars at your doorstep.
Regal Palms Resort is a gated community minutes from Disney. It is designed with a 17,000 square feet Restaurant/Bar lounge with plenty of plasma TV’s to watch sports or game shows with indoor and outdoor seating plus wireless internet.
Enjoy the Day Spa plus indoor/outdoor Jacuzzi, Fitness Center and Steam Room. New: Beach Sand Volleyball Court next to the tiki-bar and pool DJ music. Thursday is Movie night by the pool (8 PM).
For the golfers there is an 18 Hole, 72 PAR Championship Golf Course adjacent to the Highlands Reserve....Open To The Public.

Why the Owner Chose Orlando
My family and I traveled many times to Florida. We were old fashion staying in hotels and time shares. During Spring break in 2005 my family discovered something new for us. We rented a townhouse at Regal Palms Resort for several weeks to enjoy our Florida vacation. We were absolutely spoiled with the comforts of being home. We felt the luxury of having a large full size kitchen, living room, dining room and private bedrooms. There is also parking right in front of the door step. We purchased four townhouses in the end of 2005 to share this experience with many other families.
The Unique Benefits at this Townhome
The children love the enormous 2 1/2 acre pool with water-slide and we love the lazy-river. Now that we live in Florida we continue to spend time at Regal Palms Resort. We feel as if we are still on vacation. There are so many children and adult activities to keep us having fun all the time. I like the idea that Wal-Mart is only minutes away and helps us shop smart.

My family and I relocated from New York City to Orlando Florida in the year 2006. Although New York City is a great place to live we love the Florida Sunshine weather all year round. We are big fans for all amusement parks. Florida has plenty of entertainment and restaurants to explore that give us the opportunity to choose a new location every time we look for FUN.

Hello to everyone! During our stay at Regal Palms CB234, my family enjoyed everything they had to offer us. My kids and nieces never got tired going to the pool area just because it is an environment suitable for kids. The Town House that Mr. Sierra rented us was perfect!!! We didn’t need any extra accommodations. The service and attention throughout the vacation was exceptional. Thank you Mr. Sierra family and Regal Palms personnel for the hospitality you gave us in such little time!! This will not be the last time you will hear from us. To all the family thinking about renting through Mr. Sierra’s Web site, DO IT!! DON’T WASTE TIME, YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT!! You have the best access to supermarkets and WDW!!! God bless!! Dear Ephraim, Just wanted to say thank you once again. My family and I loved the town home. It was just like being home without being home... Actually it was better 'cause the master bedroom was much bigger than mine at home (LOL). My husband wanted to take it home with us. It was also great having the first floor bedroom for my Mom. The kids enjoyed the space, we all loved the amenities at the resort...and were grateful to be close to the Disney Parks without staying right in Kissimmee. All in all our vacation was great! We will definitely "use" you again!

I stayed here over the memorial day weekend with my husband and 3 children. We had such a great time. The townhouse was beauitful and so clean. Every thing in the house worked fine, i couldn't believe that they had every thing i would need, from can opener to wine openers, microwave and even a blender. The rooms were perfect size,and they all had tvs in them and most of them had dvd players. I was totally impressed with this place and i will definnetly be back
