Spectacular Views of Lake Travis, Lago Vista Golf Course, and Texas Hill Country!

This lovely two story 3 bedroom 2.5 bath home has beautiful sunsets over the lake and hill country. This home is ideal for family vacations, friendly reunions, and re-connecting with those you love.

This house is cute inside and out. Private lake front park and Lago Vista Golf Course is just around the corner. Lago Vista Golf Club is available for renting golf carts or dining. You can walk down our big back yard and go for a stroll on the Lago Vista golf course.

This house was newly remodeled in 2006. It has granite in kitchen and master bath. New carpet and paint throughout. New appliances in kitchen. All bedrooms equipped with TV's. Living area has 32 inch TV and DVD/VCR combo player. Nice comfortable beds, can sleep 13.

The master bedroom has queen bed. There is a 27 inch TV, DVD Player, and desk. Master Bath is very nice with big tile floors, new whirlpool jetted tub and separate oversized bench shower. Bedroom #2 has double bed with bed chair that can be pulled out to twin bed and TV and VCR in entertaining unit. Bedroom #3 has twin bunk beds, chair that can be converted to twin bed, and TV. The big living room has a queen sleeper sofa, and there is an extra futon double matress that can be pulled out on living room floor for extra sleeping.

Come and relax and feed the beautiful deer or go boating. Boats can be rented near by. There are boat ramps near by. The waterfront parks have picnic tables and kids playgrounds. After a full day of swimming, boating, tennis, and golf; you can return home and wind down by watching the magnificent Texas sunsets over the hill country and lake.

You can also go eat at a choice of nearby restaurants. One of the favorites is the waterfront restaurant - The Pier floating restaurant (Previouly Shades) a 15 minute drive. Other dining within 5 to 10 minutes away. Remingtons, Bambs, Deli Works, and DEE DEE Tacos which is great for breakfast tacos. We have a donut shop, dominnos for pizza, CVS, and Super S grocery store. The Movie Gallery is great for renting movies. Mall Shopping is 20 minutes away. You can visit Austin for everything your heart desires - 25 minute drive. National Parks nearby for hiking etc. Also Antique shopping close by in Fredricksburg and Burnett.
