Newly decorated spacious 3200 sq. ft. luxury 4 bedroom beautiful mountain retreat is located in the exclusive Weisshorn section of Breckenridge, less than 1/2 mile from the center of town & less than five minutes from the slopes of Breckenridge Ski Resort.It's great for both winter or summer use. At the end of the street, you can advail of a local bus to take you in to town or to the ski lifts!
This house is equipped with high end conveniences for the discriminating traveler, including gourmet kitchen with stainless appliances, granite counter tops and high end kitchen accessories where the gourmet chef will feel at home. This house accomadates 10 comfortably. Peace, quiet and the sleeping is easy! The master suite features a king size bed, French doors opening to a private deck, and a full bathroom complete with jacuzzi tub and separate shower, double sinks, 36' TV, and walk-in closet. The second upstairs bedroom has 2 queen beds with it's own bathroom. Another two bedrooms are on the main floor, with a queen bed in each, they share a bathroom.
Many entertaining hours may be spent in the recreation room that is equipped with a pool table, 50' HDTV which can be viewed from the comfort of plush leather couches. Afterwards relax in a six person outdoor hot tub with fabulous views of Breckenridges snow capped mountains and then retire in front of a wood burning fire place! This is truly a spectacular residence.
Breckenridge is known for its world class skiing in addition to being one of Colorado's top spots for food and entertainment. We are only minutes from Keystone, Arapaho Basin, Copper Mountain, and a short drive to the world of Vail and Beaver Creek.
Enjoy downhill skiing, cross-country skiing, snowshoe, spa treatments, snowmobile, hiking, mountain biking, road biking, ice skating, sledding, shopping, dining, and a top notch local recreation center. Pilates and Yoga are offered nearby.
