This is Panama City Beach and it is one of the most popular destinations for family vacations on the Florida Gulf Coast. Our Windsong unit has dual beachfront bedrooms with beach service chairs and umbrellas as part of the package rate. Lots of water park and pool activities with daily kids programs. Splash is like no other Condominium on the beach. Not only is the building brand new, but the amenities are blow your mind fabulous. There is a state of the art fitness facility onsite, as well as, interactive aqua play pools with water slides and spray toys for the kids. There is the lil' tot splash pad, lazy river ride, dive-in moving theater, and an arcade with a mini bowling alley. There are also adult heated pools with jacuzzis, poolside bar and grill, beach service with use of water toys and, of course, all gulf-front. All of this fun in addition to the fabulous white sand beaches of Panama City Beach, what else could one ask for?
The Condominium is a corner unit with views that go forever. The unit has been professionally decorated complete with one king bed, one queen bed, two bunkbeds, and sofabed. There is also a washer and dryer in the unit.

We just got back from here and all I can say is wow....What a beautiful room and awesome place to stay. The owners are awesome and easy to communicate with.... thanks for everything.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, adventure seekers, sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+, people with disabilities, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway.

The room/condo itself is really nice. Very clean, beautifully decorated and a GREAT view! I was disappointed in Splash though. All the poeple we interacted with that work there were rude. They had a very "i don't care about pleasing you" attitude. It was a little chilly at night while we were there, and the pools are NOT heated, therefore the pools and waterpark area were freezing and my kids wouldn't even get in the water. When i asked about them being heated (and i asked several different people) i was given all kinds of responses like "it's too expensive to heat them", "the heaters are broken" and "yes, i bet the water is cold. it's been cold here"... in a very smart tone. Overall the experience was great because i was with my family and PC itself and beaches were great, and like i said above the condo was very nice. However, i will NOT be staying at Splash again because of the attitudes of the employees that we encountered.

I have found the staff at Splash to be informative, helpful and knowledgeable about the property and have had only good experiences with them.

We just got back from PCB and stayed at this great condo for spring break!! It was a FABULOUS trip. The condo was perfect and beautiful. Plenty of room and had everything we needed. The patio was HUGE overlooking the beautiful beach. The pools were heated but sadly the splash pad/water park was a bit too chilly for this time of year. Some of the kids braved it a few times. The resort was not crowded which was a surprising treat for spring break. Parking was super easy and not having to check in/out at the front desk made it a smooth arrival and departure.
Recommended for:Families with young children.

We were there July 2010, third year at Splash, first time in this condo, very nice. Room for 8 people. Sixth floor, not to high, dont have to wait on elevator very often. Considering on booking for next year. Oh, the beach chairs and umbrella are a nice extra. Great for all ages.

My husband, 2 year old son and I had an absolutely wonderful time at this resort. The condo was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. I would definitely return here and recommend to others!
