This 2,866 square feet contemporary home, built in 2000 and privately sitted on 1 acre, offers easy summer living near South Beach and a few minutes from the village of Edgartown.
There are two master bedrooms, each with it's own bath. All four bedrooms are large and the house comfortably sleeps ten with three and a half baths. Two families can easily be accommodated! The media room and indoor ping pong table provide indoor activities and the private association tennis courts are nestled in the woods next door.
Smooth paved roads and safe bike paths provide easy access to South Beach and Edgartown Village. The house includes four bikes for our guests enjoyment.
All linens are provided and a washer and dryer are available for your convenience. The house is available for rental year-round.
