Spring Break 2012..........Amazing Condo, location!

We stayed at this condo for 5 days and had a great time. When we travel, we use VRBO most of the time & this condo is amazing. Everything you can imagine for comfortable, relaxing home. It feels like home to us and our two kids: 12 & 16 yrs. old. Close to everything: Downtown St. George is fun. We took day trips to Bryce Canyon, Zion National Park, Valley of Fire! We flew into Las Vegas & only 2 hours from airport. Beautiful weather, views of large deck were so peaceful to listen to crickets & bull frogs. We used the BBQ nearly every night. The community pool was clean & nice. Thanks, Jackie & Rich for making our first trip to Utah so memorable. We highly recommend this condo if you are coming to St George or visiting the Utah canyons.

Soccer Mom

We were visiting St. George for a soccer tournament that lasted 5 days. We enjoyed calling your condo home during our stay. We had more than enough room to accomodate us. For the children they loved the wildlife just outside the balcany. Every morning I found them huddled by the window watching the rabbits. Thank you!! We would definitely stay again!!

Awesome Condo

We spent a week in this condo and loved it. It has a great view, beautiful furnishings and is open and spacious. Zion is only 1 hr away so we hiked several times. We used the public tennis courts down the hill from the condo. The jacuzzi was great although it was closed the last half of our stay. We will definetly stay here again.

A pleasant surprise

We chose this condo because it looked pretty nice and the view from it looked better than others we inspected. Not only was the inside of the condo better than the pictures but the unobstructed view from the many windows was great to wake up to each morning. We found the complex was divided between owners and renters. We like to stay fit, and the renters had exercise classes not available to us, but we had hiking trails and two heated pools and a hot tub to make up for it. If you like a glass of wine with dinner, be aware St. George only sells it in certain places at certain times. Although we like to continue exploring new venues, we're already discussing another trip to this same place.

Our family of seven had a fabulous time at the condo. Everything in the condo was first-rate and the decor is gorgeous. This unit has to have the best location in the whole complex. It was very quiet and the view out back was beautiful. We all would love to come back again!

Enjoyable one-week stay

My wife and I felt at home during our recent one week's stay at vrbo 117606. The spacious condo is well appointed with attractive, solid furniture, tiled countertops and floors in kitchen and hallways and broadloom in the living and bedroom areas, and good appliances including a washer and drier. The second-floor condo is in a quiet location far from traffic (other condos in the Las Palmas complex are more exposed to distant traffic noise) and has an unobstructed and expansive view of a broad valley and hills beyond covered with desert vegetation that was green at the time of our visit. The beds were comfortable and the condo clean and well maintained. We would definitely recommend the condo to friends and hope to be able to visit again ourselves.

Spring Break April 2010

We just returned from staying in this condo and enjoyed ourselves very much. We shared it with another family which made the cost manageable. The condo is very well kept and comfortably furnished. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. We enjoyed our views of the mountains and of the wildlife--roadrunners, hares, birds--and heard night creatures as well. It was very quiet--no traffic or air noise--and we made good use of the deck and grill. We didn't use them, but there were nice little playgrounds for younger children. The trip to Zion was not too bad, to Bryce it was about 3 hours. The little known gem we found was Snow Canyon State Park as well as the Coral Pink Sand Dunes State Park. The Dinosaur museum was interesting too. The only disappointment we had was the inability to use the indoor pool. Otherwise, a beautiful place to stay. Thank you!!!!

Owner response:The indoor pool this guest is speaking of is the Green Valley Spa pool that is next door to the Las Palmas Condominiums. The cost of joining this indoor pool is significant, and we have chosen not to join, in order to keep our rental costs to guests as low as possible. There are 3 outdoor pools in the Las Palmas Resort for the guests to enjoy. Jackie Watkins

Enjoyable Stay

This was so much better than staying in a hotel! When we saw this condo on the Internet, we decided to give it a try. What a great decision! We were impressed the minute we walked in. The photos don't do it justice. The condo is exquisitely decorated & all the extra touches were greatly appreciated. It was very quiet & the beds were extremely comfortable--providing a good night's sleep! My sister & brother-in-law were visiting from Australia & this gave us a chance to spend more time together while visiting the parks in the area. Jackie was very helpful & responded quickly to all our requests. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We'd definitely stay again if we were in the area.

The condo was great! We have stayed at several units in Las Palmas and this was by far the nicest! Very clean, everything you need...extra towels. The pool was great! There was a 1' area for my small children. I would definitely stay there again!

From the second we walked into the condo we absolutley loved the place. The condo was much more than I expected, the pictures truly do not do this beautiful condo justice. Jackie, you have done a wonderful job decorating! The layout is excellent and it is very roomy. All the extra towels and linens were great. There is no doubt, if we ever visit this area again, this is the condo we will be staying in! Thanks for helping make our vacation a great one!

After hours of searching on the internet for a holiday rental, we finally chose this property. We are happy that we did! As is normal, the pictures on the website do not do it justice. It is even more beautiful than we imagined. It is in the perfect location with a magnificent view. The property was immaculately clean with all the amenities a person could need--just bring your own personal belongings. The owners are efficient and very hospitable--wonderful to work with. Beds are extremely comfortable with beautiful linens. Everything is high quality, from the towels to the furniture. It was a quiet and safe place. It made our wedding activities so much more enjoyable to have a lovely place to go back to and relax. For those of you spending hours on the internet looking for a place to stay, I can without reservation say, "Stop here." We will definitely go back to this beautiful condo when we visit St. George again. Thank you, Watkins, for a wonderful stay!

This is an absolutely beautiful place to stay. Came with a girlfriend after a trade show in Vegas. What a breath of fresh air! This condo is has the decor and ambience that makes you feel at home. It is very thoughtfully supplied with everything you need right down to pool towels.The beds were incredibly comfortable,the floor plan perfect and the view was soothing to the soul. Relaxation at it's finest. The convenience to the parks,Zion & Bryce made for great day trips. Especially knowing you had such a perfect place to come back to. On my return I quickly booked for the next summer to bring my husband & son to not only visit the astounding beauty of this area, but to enjoy the luxury of this amazing place to stay. The closeby spa of Red Mountain was also one of my highpoints. I will return as often as I can. Highly reccomend to anyone who plans to visit this part of the country.

What a great condo to just relax, beautifully decorated, everything we needed was provided. Nice location, lovly view from the patio. Owner was pleasant and very helpful. Would definitly go back if ever in the area.

This is a wonderful condo - you can't go wrong. The unit is new and beautiful, was very clean, and is situated in a very nice complex. We especially enjoyed the patio. St. George is a nice area, and it was a reasonable drive to get to parks such as Zion. The owner was very gracious to deal with.

My family had such a wonderful time in the condo! Everything and more than expected.It was across the street form the pool and hot tub. It has beautiful private views from the deck. Very clean it felt like we were right at home. Great furniture and decor. There was a TV/DVD Player in the Master bedroom and the bedroom with the twin beds of course in the living room as well. The kitchen would be perfect for hosting lots of guests with a huge pantry and huge kitchen! We would recommend this condo for sure.! Thanks again :)

We stayed at this condo in mid-July 07 and the place was great. Very clean and beautiful. Everything we needed in the kitchen, gas grill, beds to sleep up to 8, pools and hot tubs, etc. The owners were very nice and helpful. We would definitely stay here again A+! Thanks.

You will not find a nicer place in Los Palmas. The furniture is beautiful and the layout is idea. I highly recommend this condo.

We (three couples) were the first guests to enjoy this wonderful condo. Our experience from contacting the very nice owners to reluctantly leaving could not have gone better. The condo is especially well decorated,laid out, located, and equipped, and at least for now is all (nearly) brand new. We enjoyed beautifu sunrises and sunsets from the large patio. Each of us said we would absolutely recommend this property to friends.
