This three bedroom home is located across the street from the beautiful beaches of Dauphin Island. The home has awesome views of the Gulf of Mexico and the Mississippi Sound from several rooms and the large front deck. It also has easy beach access with a short walk.
The interior of the home has been recently redone with new paint and new floors. The kitchen is ideal for families whereas the dining table expands out and seats eight. There is plenty of yard space for outdoor activities such as soccer or volleyball.
The master bedroom has a king bed with private bath with views of the Gulf of Mexico. The second bedroom has a queen bed and views of the Gulf of Mexico and the third bedroom has two sets of bunk beds. All mattress sets are new!
This home is located in the residential, non-commercial west end of Dauphin Island. The beach and area streets are secluded and low density with minimal activity. Excellent for family walks and bike rides. You can also take an enjoyable ferry ride located at the East end of Dauphin Island to Fort Morgan for a day visit.

We had a lovely time in your house on Dauphin Island. It was definitely one of the nicest houses we ever rented, especially considering the extremely comfortable beds and luxurious sheets! The leather furniture in the living room is wonderful, the kitchen is well equipped, the washer/dryer so convenient. The beach is very accessible, right across the street. We rented bicyles and rode into town every morning to pick up the daily paper and have a sticky bun at the bakery. We picked up fresh-caught shrimp at Skinner's Seafood, very tasty and a great price. Thank you for the tip! And thanks for helping us figure out the DVD Player, it was nice that you were so responsive. All around a property we can highly recommend!

We had a delightful time during our stay. We sat on the porch looking out at the Gulf and the platforms in the Gulf all lit up at night. Walking around the surrounding streets let us know that we had one of the nicest places .Everything in the house was clean and all our needs were met. A very good kitchen, well equiped.

This house was a great place for me and my family this summer!! We had a fabulous time using the fishing equipment provided and the kids had a blast in the canoe. The wagon was very handy as well. This would be an excellent value for your vacation!

Absolutely awesome! The house is beautifully furnished and super clean. The beach and the house location provide an excellent family environment. The two minute walk is perfect for running back and forth if needed. We set up on the beach in clear view of the house. We enjoyed endless walks on the beach and safe bike rides on the designated bike path. Fishing, crabbing, shelling, boogie boarding, and just relaxing is what it is all about on D I. Four words sum it up: Clean, Quiet, Fun, and Affordable. This is a guaranteed great time and we will be back.

Our first Trip to this wonderful place was in 2004 and what a surprise, how could this uniquely quaint location have been such a secret. We experienced great accomodations for everyone from my young daughter and friend, to my 81 year old mother. Its quite, unreal beaches, the best seafood ever. Our stay at this property was exceptional, in fact it exceeded expectation. Super clean, everything worked, everything you need, and very comfortable. We felt like we were expected from the minute we arrived at the rental agent to the follow ups to insure we enjoyed everything. We enjoyed it so much we returned to this place in 2008, and will likely go again this year. It is a cant miss Gulf Vacation.

This beach house is fantastic - very clean and comfortable! It is situtated with great views from every window of the Gulf and Sound. We enjoyed the Royal Reds from Skinners Seafood Market and made great meals in the furnished kitchen. I would highly recommend this rental.
