Updated five bedroom contemporary on quiet dead end lane, set on a hill overlooking New Seabury Marina with views of Popponesset Bay. Light, bright, and airy open floor plan with many sliders overlooking a huge deck and screened porch plus a loft and an additional balcony on second level. Nicely furnished, cathedral ceiling great room with fireplace.
Just minutes to Popponesset Beach, tennis, golf, and the Marketplace. Only three nautical miles to Martha's Vineyard and a five minute drive to fabulous shopping at Mashpee Commons. Bicycles and canoe provided. The house has central air conditioning in all rooms except for two bedrooms which have ceiling paddle fans.

Beaches
South Cape Beach - is located at the end of Great Oak Rd. about 3 miles away (see map). It is a beautiful beach and should not be missed.
The Spit – is less than a mile away, at the end of Wading Place Road. This beach is gorgeous; it has a long ocean side beach as well as a beach on the bay side. There is an area for fiddler crabbing that young children enjoy, it is shallow and protected from boats. Bring buckets and sand toys if you have children.
Local Beach – Not the best beach for swimming but it will provide you access to the water. It is a couple of hundred yards away.
Canoe
There is a canoe at the Local Beach (see above) for you to enjoy. The paddles, some cushions and life jackets are in the shed. If you are “boaty”, the spit is a 15 to 20-minute paddle. Additionally the Marina across from the local beach have kayaks and other boats for rent.
Bikes
There are some bikes in the shed for you to use. New Seabury is a wonderful place to bike with many destinations within a couple of miles.
