This renovated three bedroom all suite townhouse has the deluxe quality of Deer Valley units, yet is so conveniently located that some of our guests do not rent a car! Plus, it is loaded with just about any feature you could imagine, such as a private hot tub, wood burning fireplace with gas starter, W/D, a Home Theater System, Broadband access and a computer (see below for more), but the rental rates are very affordable. It is perfect for three to six adults and up to eight with children.

The lifts at Deer Valley are only 2-miles away, however, this unit is also located just 3-blocks from the Park City lifts and within easy walking distance to shopping (1 to 2 blocks from a 24 hr. supermarket, nearly 20 restaurants, 4-screen cinema, drug store, BlockBuster, liquor store, ski rentals...). Just steps away is a free shuttle stop on several major bus routes. What is truly unique, is that along with such a superb location, this townhouse is situated directly on a ski-in/ski-out cross-country ski course groomed daily in winter and on the 18th fairway of the Park City course in summer.

The unit has been totally remodeled with granite counters and maple cabinets throughout, slate floors in the entry and kitchen, travertine floors in the baths, pine furnishings and new appliances. It is loaded with features including a private hot tub that seats five, a gourmet kitchen, a large wood burning fireplace with gas starter, washer/dryer, humidifiers, boot/glove dryer, fabulous mountain views, covered parking at the entry and a patio (with BBQ grill & outdoor seating). Electronics include a Sony home theater system (32"TV, DVD/CD, VCR & cassette players - see components below), libraries (movies-music-books-games), 5.8Ghz phones and answering machine, 2-phone lines, weather station (forecasts & in/out temp.), NOAA weather radio and wall safe. We recently added a home office with a computer connected to an All-in-1 (fax-printer-copier-scanner), Broadband access and a Wi-Fi (802.11b) network. You can easily send/receive faxes, access the Internet without bringing your laptop, or use our Broadband access with your computer - all complimentary to our guests.

All three bedrooms are suites; each has a private bath, TV/DVD, stereo, phone and dual alarms. There are six beds: two bedrooms have queen and twin beds in each and the other has a queen bed. A sleeper sofa downstairs is close to the half bath. Deluxe bedding includes 100% Egyptian cotton duvets, shams and bedskirts along with hyper allergenic white goose down pillows and comforters. (Synthetic pillows/comforters are also available.) The Master Suite features a full kitchenette, porch, TV/VCR, stereo and a second entrance. The townhome is situated near the on-site recreation building with spas, saunas, heated outdoor pool, lockers, tennis court and rental office with concierge. Additionally, an adjacent 2-bedroom townhouse can be added to provide a total of 5-bedrooms and 5 plus baths that can accommodate up to 12. (Please see VRBO Listing 28784.)

This townhome puts you within a three-mile radius of three World Class ski areas: Deer Valley, Park City and The Canyons. Other major ski areas, such as Alta, Snowbird, Brighton and Solitude, Sundance - are within about 30 miles as is the Salt Lake Airport, providing our guests with many options. This townhouse is equally desirable in the summer as it is only 1-block from the Park City Golf Club Pro Shop and range. There are also about 6 other golf courses within 30-minutes and enjoy fabulous fly-fishing is also nearby on the Provo river. Jogging, hiking, bike and equestrian trails begin at or near the complex and extend for miles. Please see the many year-round activities below.

    • This condo was a real treat! Ried provided an unbelievable amount of information ahead of time, and we were not disappointed in a thing. The view was awesome. The layout of the unit was great with private baths, comfortable common area, hot tub in the atrium, etc, and the place was extremely well appointed with furniture, technology, utensils and general comfort. The location was excellent for downhill/cross country skiing, shopping, and dining. We will return!

    • This is one great ski condo! The layout of the bedrooms, each with it's own bath, ensures privacy when you want it. The living, dining, and kitchen areas are perfectly laid out, and are very inviting for a small group of friends. Ried gives you everything he says he will. The little extras like boot/glove dryer, gas-fired fireplace starter, and great TV & stereo all contribute to make the stay better. My group and I have nothing but praise for this unit and for Ried. Best unit in 12 years of ski trips!

    • YOUR TOWNHOUSE WAS BETTER THAN ADVERTIZED WITH EVERY CONCEIVABLE AMENITY fROM THE GAS FIRED WOOD LOG FIREPLACE, THE WELL APPOINTED KITCHEN THE LARGE HOT TUB IN THE ATRIUM TO THE CROSS COUNTRY TRACK OUTSIDE THE BACK DOOR. THE ATTRACTIVE DECOR GAVE THE FEELING OF BEING IN YOUR OWN HOME. WE LOOK FORWARD TO STAYING THERE AGAIN WHEN WE COME BACK TO PARK CITY. Greg

      We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this luxurious condo (lots of amenities and in great shape) for a ski vacation together with another couple and all of our teen-age children. The condo provided the right balance between togetherness and privacy (separate bathrooms for each bedroom), and the location (with the shuttle buses of Park City) was ideal!
