Completely furnished and equipped, charming and pleasant, our self-contained, well appointed apartment will appeal to tourists as well business people. For one week or a few months, you will find it extremely convenient.

Located North of the Plateau Mont-Royal district, our apartment give you access to one of Montreal’s hottest areas as well as the quietness and the security of a residential neighbourhood. In the Brébeuf-Parc Laurier Apartments, you will find yourself conveniently located: in front of the beautiful Laurier Park where you can stroll, swim, play soccer, petanque, horseshoes pitch, etc. A block away from Laurier Avenue, the heart of the area, with small shops (grocery stores, dry cleaner, etc.), several restaurants and cafés, and even a tailor - all the ingredients of a friendly community life. Near Mont-Royal Avenue where there are many many bars, restaurants, boutiques, and specialised shops. Just a 10-15 minutes walk from the popular Saint-Denis street, the charming Lafontaine Park, the trendy Saint-Laurent Boulevard, and the Mount-Royal mountain. Walking distance to the Laurier métro station.

  • Dave: This is a very nice apartment, in a great neighborhood. It is close to a park and a nice shopping area, with restaurants, cafe's, grocery store, etc. It is close enough to most points of interest either to walk, or at least get to the Metro. Of course, there are Bixi bike stands as well. Tricia: I loved this apartment! It was lovely, spotlessly clean, comfortable and quiet. A great place to come back to after a day of fun in Montreal. A great price, too!

  • What a fabulous find in Montreal! I cannot praise this apartment enough. It is so clean, newly decorated with furniture from IKEA. Even the hide-a-bed was comfortable. My husband, daughter and I had three wonderful days in Montreal, thanks to our beautiful apartment. The new washer and dryer was heaven sent after being on the road for a week. Jocelyn was the perfect host. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect location, even a lovely park directly across the street. Grocery shopping, restaurants within walking distance. I highly recommend staying here.
