Absolutely one of the finest furnished condos in Ariel Dunes. This unit sits atop the 22nd of 24 floors and has the most incredible views.
Unit offers many wonderful upgrades including, and not limited to: 18 inch travertine stone through out, faux painted walls and venetian plastered walls, custom made window coverings with black out lining, and custom made bed coverings all featuring designer fabrics. The queen antique bed is from France. There are several antiques scattered through out the beautiful furnishings. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and the bathroom has a roman tub and separate shower. The living room boasts a 46 inch HDTV with a HDTV DVD and upgraded cable. Both bedrooms have Sony TVs and the master has a DVD.
The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and entertaining! The dining table seats six comfortably, and there are two additional swivel bar stools. The patio has bar height table and four chairs to enjoy the sunset in the evening or breakfast on the deck. The views are breathtaking!
The separate laundry room offers a full-size stacking washer and dryer, with room for pool toys. All you need to bring are your clothes, and sunscreen!
The condo also has been upgraded with wireless internet.

We reside in Kennesaw, GA and Hollister, MO. We purchased this condo based on its beautiful decor, views of the Gulf coast and absolutely the most beautiful beaches in thw world!!
Why the Owner Chose Ariel Dunes
Ariel Dunes is very well maintained property and sits on the whitest beaches on the Emerald Coast. We have vacationed in the area many years prior to selecting this particular location. We are sure you will enjoy it as much as we do !! Restaurants and shopping are very close.

My family and I really enjoyed staying on the property. Very clean and nice amenities and furniture. Not much room for groceries other than on the counter tops.
Recommended for:Age 55+, families with teenagers.

My family and I stayed at this unit during the week of July 4th in 2011. Words simply cannot describe the elegance of the unit. Not only was the unit very tasteful, but the view is fabulous. The description on the web accurately describes the unit and it was very clean. I dealt with Andrea Simone during the reservation process and she was always prompt and efficient in communicating with me and also very nice as well. I also communicated directly with the owner of the unit shortly before our departure and he was just as friendly as Andrea and so pleasant to deal with as well. This is the most luxurious condo I have ever stayed in and will definitely stay there again the next time I go to Destin . . .too bad it will have to be on a short vacation - I wish we could have stayed there forever.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.
