Playa Encanto is the finest beach in the area. Come stay in our private beach house on beautiful Playa Encanto's pristine sandy beach.Our guard-gated community is solar powered.
This remote haven is perfect for relaxation. It is a romantic getaway for couples and also provides great quality time for families. Sky watching and star gazing are wonderful forms of entertainment here. A covered patio runs the length of the house. It's the perfect place to sip a cool drink while watching for whales and dolphins.
Step off the patio for a sunrise walk along miles of sandy shoreline. The fresh salty air invigorates the body and soothes the spirit. Awesome sunsets create a perfect ending to sun-filled days boating, snorkeling, fishing, shell collecting or lounging. Wonderful tide pools reveal all types of interesting finds for children and adults alike.
Travel for a few miles by car to Puerto Penasco for night life and the fish market. Several excellent restaurants are located there, too. There is an Internet cafe, Spanish language classes, sunset cruises,supermarkets and pharmacies and a variety of craft vendors who love to make a deal with the tourists who visit Rocky Point.

You can’t get closer to the sea than this! Walk out off our Casa Victoria Beach Bungalow Patio and you’ll have sand between your toes. Our single family home is one level, with two master bedrooms with en-suite baths, and is easily accessible for those in a wheelchair.
Relax on our fully covered patio. Watch the tides, dolphins, pelicans, sunrises and sunsets. Step out from under the roof and the stars at night seem close enough to touch. That’s how far away this solar powered Playa Encanto beach community is from the hustle and bustle of the town of Puerto Penasco. But actually it is only 15 minutes by car.
In our guard gated community no excessive noise is permitted, the speed limit is very SLOW, and vehicles of every kind are prohibited on our tranquil beach.
After a day in the sun, enjoy our library of interesting reading materials, play a game of chess or poker around the table. Everyone is a gourmet chef in our open concept kitchen when cooking up fresh shrimp from the local fishermen. Our great room is the gathering place for dining and enjoying a family get-together, with a sit up wine bar, dining table overlooking the beach and cathedral ceilings.
The master bath awaits you with a luxurious soaking tub after a hard day playing in the salt and sand or exploring tide pools.
The house is a perfect get-away for couples and families. Writers come to write in the solitude, artists come to paint in the clear light. Business people who must, can access the internet via a satellite “hot spot”, right in the house.
Linens are provided, but please bring BEACH towels from home for the sandy beach. Your own toiletries are recommended. You can buy just about anything in town, but possibly not your favorite brand.
