Rentals are Saturday to Saturday. One pet is allowed. Sorry, no smoking.
Family groups only. Our house is rented to family groups only. No fraternities, sororities, school, or other non-family groups.
Great location for golfers; within half a mile of the renowned Currituck Club Golf Course.
The top level of this well-appointed home, JUST 60 YARDS TO THE BEACH, has the great room with fireplace, TV/VCR/DVD player, dining for 15, island with seating, half bath, fully-equipped kitchen, and large outside deck; master bedroom suite with queen-sized bed, TV/VCR/DVD, and full bathroom.
The middle level has two queen-sized bedrooms, one with a full bathroom, tv, vcr, dvd and another bedroom with twin beds; another full bathroom, den with TV, DVD, and VCR, washing machine and dryer, large covered deck.
Ground level has bedroom with two sets of bunk beds, another bedroom with a pyramid bunk set (double on bottom and twin on top), full bathroom, recreation room with foosball table, TV, VCR, DVD, access to fenced-in patio, pool with lounge chairs and dining table and hot tub; outdoor shower and parking for five vehicles.
