This home is our private residence for the bulk of the year. We live on our sailboat during the summer. The quality and condition reflect the highest standards... Not a college rental like many of the houses in the area. The neighborhood is quiet and functionally a dead end but just one block from the ocean.
A beautiful seawall,(a block away) runs along the shore to the Town Beach and Town Center. Monahan's Dock is at the bottom of the street where a great "Clam Shack", surf spot and the start of the landmark "Seawall" are located. Although the home could accommodate more guests we limit the guests to six. This home is tastefully decorated with original art, quality furniture and a Baby Grand piano. Relax on the 900-square-foot deck or on the shaded front porch. In a nutshell... 'not your typical rental.'

My family stayed here several times over the last 5 years. The house is beautiful and the grounds are lovely as well. The neighborhood is quiet and the beach is close by. The outdoor shower is not to be missed!
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers.
