The quality and condition reflect the highest standards... Not a college rental like many of the houses in the area. The neighborhood is quiet and functionally a dead end but just one block from the ocean. A beautiful seawall runs along the shore to the Town Beach and Center. Although the home could accommodate more guests we limit the guests to six. This home is tastefully decorated with original art and has a 900-square-foot deck along with a shaded front porch. In a nutshell... 'not your typical rental.'
