My husband and I just spent the past week @ the Signature for our honeymoon and it was wonderful! The staff was amazing, the room was beautiful and very comfortable, and the service was 5-star. I've been to Vegas 3 times and this was by far the best trip. From first contact with the owners booking the room was a breeze and the price couldn't be beat! I would highly recommend this rental for your next Vegas vacation. I know it will be my first choice next time I plan a trip to Sin City!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

My husband and my sisters were celebrating our birthdays and what a way to celebrate. My sisters had not been to Vegas before and this was a great way to introduce them to the city that never sleeps. The rooms were beautifully appointed, view was breathtaking, the bar at the pool was wonderful. And the food, oh my goodness and I mean goodness. There was wonderful venues in walking distance or the tram (which I didn't think was expensive), Room service was prompt and the food was great. We purchased a Prima card for $500 (which is actually a prepaid credit card for MGM products) and once we figured out where to use it, it was great. No need for cash! These condos are great for families or friends traveling together. There was plenty of room for everyone and the privacy was great. I had to call the owner for some clarification questions and she was wonderful We did not have maid service while there, but there was no need, everything was there and plenty of it. A full kitchen with dishes, pots and pans, just like home. A blender for those all important smoothies (drinks). The towels and linens were so comfortable. Oh the tub big enough for two as was the shower. Don't miss the water show, art gallery and conservatory at the Bellagio (and the ice cream), the pizza at NYNY, the tower at the Stratosphere and Tobey Keith Bar in Harrahs', talk about good times. The "old" strip, Golden Nugget, Sams' Town. This is a fun city and so much to do. You can stay anywhere and go anywhere and see so much for free or low cost (except the gaming tables/slots). And of course, the natural beauty of the area is worth a trip all its own. Don't miss Red Rock Canyon, Hoover Dam and the Grand Canyon tours. A definite recommend!! Go, have fun, and relax in a beautiful condo and by all means, enjoy room service and the drinks. Don't forget dinner at Diego's, drinks at Studio 54 or Tabu. I knew I was in for a good stay when I told some people I'd be staying at the MGM Signature and their eyes widened. "You," they said, "will love it there." The facility is great, and if you're like me and you've been to Vegas enough times to have your fill of the crush and the noise of the crowd, this place is just close enough to everything to be convenient and just far enough away to be able to get away from it all at a moment's notice. The condo itself was just a short walk/moving walkway away from the MGM Grand proper, and nicely appointed with a large bed and a bathroom that could fit two of them inside. It was spotless and cared for, with nice creature comforts like a mini fridge and flat screen TV (in the bathroom too!) that really made the place feel upscale. Being there for March Madness, it was neat to be able to watch morning basketball games from the shower stall. The walk to (and through) the MGM was not too far, and a walk out the front door and around the corner is a nifty shortcut to the Planet Hollywood resort, where some friends were staying. The Starbucks in the lobby is nice, and there's a little general store there too for supplies and rations. From booking to arrival, the owners were totally available for questions, even a last minute request by me, and were very nice and accommodating. The only bad part about my stay was leaving - it was kind of a bummer to come home to rainy Seattle after 4 days of short-sleeve weather. I can't wait to come back to Las Vegas, and when I do I know this place will be at the top of my list.Recommended for: Girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway.

Great place to stay for our first trip to Vegas! The location was excellent, and we used it as a base for exploring the Las Vegas strip, as well as day trips to Hoover Dam, Zion and Red Rocks Canyon. The condo was just as described, well equipped, with everything needed for our week. I won't repeat all of the amenities, but we really enjoyed that there was a two burner glass top stove, which we used for a meal or two, along with the pans, utensils and and dishes needed. A unlike a lot of kitchenettes, this one had a garbage disposal! The bathroom was huge, with seperate shower and nice deep jetted tub. It was also very well equipped with toiletries in case you forgot anything. And lots of fluffy towels were provided. The staff of the MGM Signature were very helpful and friendly at all tiimes. And once we paid the rental, it included everything - fitness room, parking, etc, there were no hidden costs! We will be sure to return to this great condo on any future visits!Recommended for: People with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

The owner was wonderful and helpful, not that we needed any big help, just communicative. The condo had a great location, view and a balcony. And after a night of "playing" it had a Starbucks right down stairs, no searching! The price was right and it is beautiful! This was our first experience using VRBO and I must say David and the Signature did it justice. We very much enjoyed a great week in Vegas. Relaxed by the pool all day then headed out at night. The juinior suite is absolutely perfect. Ameneties are convinient and a nice touch, access to the strip and other casinos were a simple short distance away, staff is extremely helpful and friendly. First off, I want to highly recommend David as a great guy to work with - not only did we get a good rate (way better than booking through the Signature directly), but we had a bit of an after-booking schedule issue that David quickly and helpfully changed for us. He was always kind and more than accommodating. Second, the suite was fantastic; I don't think I would want to stay anywhere else in Vegas. The bed was large and comfortable, the kitchenette was fabulous, and the bathroom.. well, I'm going to have a problem when I want to build my own bathroom now, because nothing else is gonna cut it anymore! :) You won't regret staying at the Signature, and you won't regret booking through David.Did you find this review helpful? We just returned from three night's lodging in this junior suite. What a wonderful retreat! The suite is comfortable, very clean, and beautifully decorated. It is very convenient to all the Las Vegas action, but very quiet when you are ready to be away from the noise. This place was perfect! It had everything you need and more for your stay in Vegas. The location was great, the room was spacious, clean, with a very comfortable bed and ammenties galore! My favorite was the giant whirlpool bathtub for 2. And the best part were the owners who made sure our stay was flawless! That's what seperates this rental from the others listed for rent at the MGM Signature. They really went above and beyond for us. Winner, Winner, Chicken Dinner! - This property is fantastic! The place itself and Dr. Jaget, or "David," the owner, over delivered. First, the suite has plenty of room. It has all of the functional features one would want (flat screen tv, couch, coffee maker, microwave, oven, fridge, etc.) and the bathroom area was very spacious. The dual sinks and tv came in very handy every morning and the jacuzzi tub was a great way to relax each night. Besides the property being top notch, the owner, David, went above and beyond. He was more than accommodating and worked with me to help me make my wife's 27th Birthday surprise one to remember. We had a fantastic six night break here. The suite is equipped with everything - tv in the bathroom, jacuzzi, sizeable shower, most comfortable pillows and bed I think I've ever slept on, and good basic cooking facilities. A small point but worth noting - this suite is in Tower 1 (of 3) which means you're closest to the MGM Grand, the reception, and the security gate, and there's also a Starbucks in the building. It's on Floor 3 which means no endless lift rides and no problem for those who dislike heights. It's really close to everything, and there are moving walkways to take you to the MGM Grand itself. You enter the MGM Grand very close to the restaurants, shops and monorail entrance, which we used a lot to go up and down the Strip. The Signature staff were extremely professional and helpful. Finally, we paid Mr Jaget the full and final price when booking - we were pleased that there were no hidden fees or costs added on when we arrived at the resort, just tips for the staff at our own discretion. The room was beautifully decorated with ample closet space and dresser drawers, drawers in the bathroom etc. The jacuzzi tub and shower were very large and everything was as promised by David. There is a great walkway connecting to the MGM Grande and it is close to the monorail which I used on several occasions. I really enjoyed my stay and the spaciousness of the room sure was wonderful. There is also a very nice 24 hour gym which is included in the price of the stay...unlike some other hotels which charge upwards of $35/use I discovered from my collegues! Thanks David! Hi David, We had a great time in Las Vegas! We were happy to find the condo just as you said, nice and clean and perfect for the two of us. We left a light footprint. We appreciated the kitchen facilities. We brought food on the airplane--hard boiled eggs, fruit, cereal--so we could have our breakfasts in the room. All we needed was to go downstairs to Starbucks for a tall cup of cold milk for the cereal. This saved us time and money and allowed for more relaxed mornings. The TV in the bathroom was a big surprise, and so much fun to watch the underwater scenes as a night light--what a kick! The jacuzzi bath was completely relaxing after a hard day of walking. We had so much fun exploring the casinos and seeing their special attractions. We walked our legs off and saw a lot. You have a great location! My experience with Bill was wonderful, he is a concientious owner, has a beautiful condo, uses quality amenities and is easy to work with. Since we are low-needs travelers he had extras stocked for us, as we prefer to tidy after ourselves and don't need daily room service. The bed was wonderfully comfy, the bathroom was wonderful and we had a wonderful time on our vacation. I recommend using a private owner over the standard booking methods, Bill was upfront about costs, layed out any and all resort fee and cleaning cost. It was ver simple. I will call Bill again in the future!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

My husband and I stayed in this unit from Jan 10 to the 13th. I am very picky about where I stay and I was extremely pleased with our accomodations. It is located in the closest tower to MGM with a short walk to both the monorail and the casino itself. The unit is clean and had all of the necessities one would want. In addition, within 10 minutes of check in, the owner of the unit called us to make sure everything was what we expected and wondered if there was anything else he could do for us. I have previously stayed at the Bellagio and Mandalay Bay and I would have to say that when booking again, this unit would be my first choice. We've stayed in the finest hotels in Las Vegas...and this is the nicest, quietest room so far. Our stay at the Signature and in your lovely suite was everything we could have hoped. Elegant, peaceful and extremely comfortable. We particularly enjoyed the sheltered outdoor areas. Our stay was fantastic. One of the better hotels I have stayed at. Far enough off the strip to have some peacefulness, but close enough through the moving walkway to still be near all the action. The unit looked exactly like the pictures on the Signature MGM Grand website. David, the owner allowed us a late check out on Friday - since we had a late plane ride back home - which allowed us to float the "lazy river" pool at the MGM Grand.
