    This house is just as great in person as it is in the photos ! My family loved this house and wanted for nothing. Well equiped, well decorated, comfy beds and Peter was great to work with. Our teenage daughter very much enjoyed the 3rd bedroom on the third floor with the extra sitting room. Was like her little get away. This house was a great place to relax after a day of sightseeing and with the time of year the fireplace was wonderful ! Would love to have been able to enjoy the outside dining area and pool. We would recommend this place to any family or group visiting the area.

    Recommended for: Adventure seekers, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

    I would expect that the best things between the french and the english would be the english channel, but in fact it could be Grand Rue, Olonzac. With a pregnant lady, the choice for this particular holiday was great. High expectations were reached, not an easy thing to do. Key words of the holiday - rest, calm, the terrase, and the swimming pool.

    We really appreciated your attention to detail and didn't want anything that was not already there. The pool was perfect for cooling down in. The market on Tuesday was excellent. We think the area is fabulous. There was nothing that disappointed us. Thank you for letting us stay in your lovely house in this wonderful part of the country.

    Your 'belle mansion' was the perfect way to spend week 3 of our holiday. The small town pace of Olonzac and area suited us perfectly. The warmth and style of your home is reminiscent of our home in Alberta. We immediately went into 'relax mode'.

    Olonzac is charming - small enough to have a village feel, but big enough to support all you want - restuarants, shops, cafes etc. The house is lovely, exactly as described on the website. As keen cooks we have learned to bring a crate of kitchen equipment with us, but this is the first time ever that the crate has remained untouched.

    We found this holiday home to be everything we needed for a relaxing break from the rat race in the UK. Olonzac is a great village with good facilities, we day tripped to Carcasonne easily and also to the south coast. It was a pleasure to come back here each evening and the courtyard is a delight. We can fully recommend to anyone wanting a clean, lovingly restored, authentic French self catering holiday.

    Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

    WE FELT LIKE GUESTS Your house really stands out as one where we felt like guests in a home and very much exceeded our expectations. Our only regret is that 6 days were nowhere near long enough.
